The Windsor Castle

We stayed at the Windsor Castle hotel for my niece's wedding. The hotel and gardens were a beautiful wedding venue, with trees and flowers everywhere! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, with great views. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, where the attentive staff helped us learn about the delicious Indian foods on their menu. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff! Everyone, from the front desk team to the bellmen to the housekeeping staff, made us feel welcome, well-cared for, and like we were very special guests. We had a wonderful stay!

This hotel is not deserving of even a single star review. Our experience with the hotel and staff was absolutely terrible. The worst part was the pool water, which was never changed and the washrooms were extremely dirty. It was clear that they had not been cleaned. When we brought this up to the staff, they were yelling at each other and refused to take responsibility. Not only was the hotel experience bad, but after using the pool, 18 of us suffered severe health issues. When we informed the staff, they did not respond well at all. I highly recommend avoiding the Windsor Castle hotel to avoid risking your health.

Took a one day package with my friends. We had the worst experience in the swimming pool.. I think they have not properly cleaned that pool since one year. Firstly the pool is not safe, it has no grab bars, tles are that much slippery, watermosses were present in the pool. We the entire group got skin rashes. They had given a worst place to change the dress, in that area we found a dead chameleon . When we tried to raise oir concerns about the pool and changing area, the front office excecutive (male staff) was laughing at us and have a bad attitude. Even after the 2 days of our trip still some people in our group have the rashes in there body. When we were talking about the pool issues , the other group of people who entered alomg with us in the pool also came and asked him regarding the water change in the pool... Everyone who has not entered the pool is having health issues. I will not recommend anyone this place due to this issues

Overall look is good. But i had a worst experience their. We went together with our colleagues. We spend more time in swimming pool in the afternoon. After that we all got itching and rashes all over our body. The swimming pool was not clean. Its not cleaning on a routine basis. When we discussed this regarding the ***agers over their, they laugh at us. Customer service was very poor. We all had vomiting, severe abdominal pain and headache. Two of us were admitted in the hospital..... Very terrible experience

We had a great experience at Windsor. Great food, superb room and awesome service by all especially front end team. Very happy with our stay Stunning view from suite room we stayed. We had arranged dinner for our family friends at restaurant while our stay at hotel , they all had a great food experience. Once again thanks to each and every staffs who makes our stay memorable and beautiful.

Well trained staff, Good services, beautiful and spotless rooms. The hotel was extremely busy in the lobby but still the front desk team ***aged for a smooth checkin. The cleanness of rooms and hotel premises is class Food and services at restaurant is excellent I highly recommend coming to stay at Windsor castle for a once in a lifetime experience

The reasons for my high rating for this property are 1. Their restaurant staff and executive chef Sam Peter's who deliver exceptional personalized service with excellent understanding of allergies and coeliac gluten-free requirements 2. Their landscaping and well maintained gardens surrounding water bodies.

We stayed here for 1 night during our stay in Kerala . Once we arrived ,the bell boy took our luggages immediately and waited for us in the lobby while we checked in at the front desk ,which was a very quick process as well. We had stayed several hotel while our Indian trip,but never received this kind of service at other locations,so we are very much impressed . I have no complaints at all.This hotel have lots to offer like boat ride ,coracle ride,fishing , ayurvedic treatments, spa . All of the staff was polite and showed great hospitality to us.I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Booking was done almost 6 to 8 months prior for my nephew wedding reception, however on the D day it was not handed over in time for decoration and other preparations. Since the hall was used last night , they even didnot ensure to clean the hall before handing over. Hence couldn't do up the way we wanted to ,also ended up in a panic and unpleasant environment . These unpleasant /unforgettable situations happened on this auspicious occasion will always remain in the heart till end . My only advice is to rethink before bookiing as this may tarnish once reputation by creating an unpleasant event.
