Grand Plaza Suites

I stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

It was a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was really big. The USP of this hotel is it's location. It's located very close to the bus stand, railway station, calicut beach, SM street. The staff is polite and courteous. We were not happy with the linens they had put so when asked to change they didn't hesitate and quickly changed them. The breakfast buffet had South Indian dishes, tea, coffee bread, butter, juice etc It was also very good. Perfect place to stay with family or friends..

We had booked 4 rooms here for one night. The hotel is not easily identifiable what with it being next to crowded shops attached to either side. No parking space. Our vehicle was parked in the next lane. Rooms were average, beaten down furniture not polished for years together. The curtains looked as if they haven't been washed or replaced from the time the hotel was established. The lift is accessible only from the 1st floor, so senior citizens or people with health issues would definitely have a difficult time. No view to talk about, better don't try looking out of the window. Advantages, its is in the centre of the town, so if you are visiting for sight seeing, most of the beaches and fort is close by. Good restaurant next door who delivers room service and good food. I would recommend this only if you are not going to be in the room whole day except for night sleep and the proximity to various landmarks in the city.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were really nice. The room was large and had great amenities. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Aircon was good. Bathroom was nice and had hot water. The breakfast was nice. Location was great with everything you need close by. Overall I would recommend this hotel

It's a decent budget Hotel near to the Calicut Beach. All the famous restaurants of Calicut within 1km radius. Even though this place doesn't have own Restaurant, there is lot of options within few steps away. Overall nice stay. Recommended for short transit stay.

My family was on a short visit to calicut and needed a stay for a night. This is a neatly maintained facility in town with easy access to all major points. Very close to the famous Paragon hotel which will satisfy your food requirements. Hotel rahmath for beef biriyani is nearby. Beach is at a walkable distance. Staffs are very cooperative. Toilets are neat and clean. Though a small premises, highly recommended for a relatively budget stay at Calicut

That was really a worst experience from Grand suite Kozhikode. I feel the review in TripAdvisor/google are fake or requested ones. Poorly maintained. No proper parking. Very small and congested room with poor lighting. Worst behavior or attitude from staffs. They don't have time to answer any queries. They are expecting non malayali tourists only. It is not worth for 2800+ rupees as we have n number of good hotels are available in town. 800 rupees Lodge room may provide more comfortable stay.

This hotel is situated just 700 meter away from the famous Kozhikode beach. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is well ***nered and polite. Front desk executive speaks Hindi as well as English. Breakfast is not up to the mark and tasty although they serve South Indian as well as North Indian dishes but they repeat same menu everyday so if you are staying there for more than two to three days than you may fed up with the breakfast. At few meter location there are lots of restaurants but most of them served veg. as well as non veg food. Famous SM street is hardly 1.5 Km away from this hotel . Overall you can enjoy your stay here.
