Hotel muy céntrico. Muy limpio y con un desayuno muy bueno! A destacar el personal del hotel que es maravilloso. Nos atendieron muy muy bien.

We recently stayed at your hotel 23-25 July. We had a bit of an issue with a lost item on the train from Warsaw. When I mentioned this to Beata she offered to help and went way above and beyond what I would consider to be “normal” service. In the end we were unable to recover the item. However, I cannot overstate how impressed we were with the service and cordiality. Kudos to Beata. You are lucky to have her working with your organization. Kind regards,

The room was clean and spacious. The only issue was that the air conditioning was ineffective and the room was very hot. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is quiet and only ten minutes walk from the main square.

This hotel is simply perfect. Reception staff are lovely and helpful, rooms have everything you need and are very clean. Lots of storage space. Breakfast is really lovely and plenty of choice. Perfect location about 7 minutes to the main market square. We will definitely be back.

Decent hotel, friendly and helpful receptionists and other staff. Clean and pleasant rooms, well-equipped. Sufficient hangers in wardrobe, which you don't often find! Good location, about 7 minute easy walk to the main square with its vast array of outdoor seating and choice of meals.

A fabulous 3 star hotel, a high standard of cleanliness, staff were wonderful and informative. The breakfast was amazing, which set us up for a day of exploring a lovely city. We will certainly be returning for a longer period, thank you all members of staff.

Great hotel location was first class just ten mins to the main square.Rooms very comfortable and beds nice and comfortable staff very friendly as we're all the locals Breakfast had plenty of choice . Highly recommend loved Krakow will return

What a fantastic hotel from start to finish we all had a lovely stay . All of the staff made us feel so welcome the bedrooms were clean and comfortable and we were given fresh towels each day . We stayed for 2 nights, bed and breakfast, and the one morning, we had a very early start, so the hotel provided us with a breakfast bag, so we didn't miss out. The location was great within walking distance of all the main attractions. This hotel really does represent good value for money, and I would definitely recommend it.
