Заселили не в тот отель , чьо был на фото. агрументируя ремонтом Чистенько, лифт работал. завтрак очень хороший, шведский стол. кофе чудный.

Было очень сложно найти стойку регистрации, так как это два разных объекта. Я бы рекомендовал вам указать адрес стойки регистрации в вашем электронном письме.

Отель имеет хорошее расположение недалеко от центрального железнодорожного вокзала и старого города. В здании есть лифт, удобно для людей с багажом. На завтрак хороший выбор и хорошее расположение в саду. В номере есть бутылки воды и чая/кофе, утюг и письменный стол. Хорошее место для недолгого пребывания.

You have to go to Yarden Hotel by Artery Hotels for the reception. I was rather happy to be assigned to Yarden Hotel by Artery Hotels rather than the apartment I booked. However, Hotel needs a notice so that who can know the location of the reception. Roo was a little cold because the heating didn't come out in winter.

Good room, a little bit difficult to get into since the check in is not managed by the same hotel but by another hotel on the other side of the street, other than that it is a good hotel.

I can only say, please don’t get attracted by the pictures.

コスパは良かったがまた泊まりたいかといえば、それほどのクオリティーでもなかったのでオススメできるものでもない。

Забронировал дешевое предложение Wowcher и получил этот отель. Это было идеально. Большой двухместный номер с балконом. Отличный душ. Маленький телевизор. Чайник с кофе и чаем. Да, из комнаты выходил вид на улицу внизу, и да, был некоторый шум от машин и трамваев, но это нас совсем не беспокоило. В других отзывах говорится, что им было трудно найти, так как стойка регистрации находится через дорогу от люксов Abella в отеле Yarden. Но я четко прочитал инструкции по заселению и направился прямо в отель «Ярден». Регистрация прошла легко, и сотрудник провел нас в наш номер, который показал, как попасть в здание и при необходимости воспользоваться лифтом. Выезд тоже прошел легко. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Если завтрак не включен в стоимость проживания, по соседству находится великолепная пекарня/кафе. До главной площади было 15 минут легкой прогулки.

It's difficult to give a fair stars review as some aspects were very good and others not . The pictures advertising the facility are not true . The appartments are on a street with no greenery or park ...the park is within walking distance . The access to the appartments is eery with locked gates etc .Even though Karakow is described as very safe with low crime rate I'm not sure if I was a solo traveller that this would be the place for me . The rooms themselves which we expected are old but the cobwebs on the ceilings could do with been removed. There is no phone access in the room or fire alarms . There is no direct access to reception unless you physically cross the road . The tram outside runs all night. The fact that the hotel supplies ear plugs raised concerns for us . That said they worked a treat!! No available restaurant as advertised. The positives Close to the city centre Beds were very comfortable Breakfast very good with packed breakfast supplied for 6 am day tour trip

Located just 10mins walk from main station & 15mins walk to the main square it is ideally situated. There is a tram service right outside which can be bit noisy if you have a room on street side but windows block a lot of noise. Very clean and good amenities, kettle and cups, had fan I room which was brilliant. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom great. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice of hot or cold foods. We were able to leave our luggage in reception on our last day. Although it was very busy when we went to collect and service was a bit slow. Staff were pleasant and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartments were dated and need of refurbishment. However, for what we paid they were great value for money. The rooms were large, beds comfortable and serviced daily. Reception was helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The Rooms were approximately a 15 minute walk to the Old Town, so in a great location for site seeing on foot. We would definitely use them again if we go back to Krakow.

We have been staying here for 1 week. The check in is not easy, difficult to know that the reception was in another hotel across the street. The location is perfect, walking distance to almost every thing. But the rooms are without any kind of air conditioning, impossible to let the windows open at night, too much noise from traffic in the road. If you want a good night sleep, find another hotel.
