Best stay ever. The dining area and the food was great; soft and comfy sheets; five minute walk to the Pilatus mountain trails; warm staff. Just perfect. Ps. That little cart that brings you up to the Pilatus-kulm and the hotel is free of charge if you are a guest. Normally you would have to pay. The hotel provides the guest with one ticket up and one ticket down so you cannot go down once you have arrived. Dinner and breakfast is included and they are both so so good.

一泊二食的餐食，晚餐牛肉很鮮美，雪景漂亮😻，飯店位於皮拉圖斯山頂，整間飯店🏨漂亮不失典雅！

雖説皮拉圖庫姆山在我們這裏並不出名甚至很多人都沒聽説過。但它對我的印象絕對遠超少女峯。接待熱情，退房時還給了紀念品和巧克力。早餐晚餐體驗很棒，還會再來。

很優雅優質的房間，有一個小陽台飯店有附膠囊咖啡和茶包及水果，可以優閒喝下午茶看外面山景，臥室和浴室非常乾凈，我們全家入住非常愉悅，只是有點可惜我們沒有遇到全天晴天天氣，無法欣賞到全山景，如下次有機會在來入住希望能遇到好天氣，對了服務人員都超有禮貌有氣質非常優秀.

Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht und kamen abends an. Die Seilbahn und die Zahnradbahn enden direkt vor der Rezeption. Zum Abend gab es ein wunderbares 4-Gänge-Menü, das man sich optional zusammen stellen kann. Zur Getränkeauswahl wurden wir ausgezeichnet beraten. Wir wurden platziert und hatten am nächsten Abend einen anderen Tisch. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus genießen. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir bekamen eine Tal- und eine Bergfahrt vom Hotel geschenkt. Den Steinböcken kamen wir auf 5 m nah. Der Sonnenuntergang ist vom höchsten Punkt aus einfach nur spektakulär. Der Aufenthalt auf dem Pilatus ist auch dank des "Kaiserwetters" und der vielen Fotos ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

#好評#對防治蚊蟲措施，床品舒適度，隔音，房內採光，鄰近店舖，走廊隔音滿意；宾馆提供的早餐和晚餐都不错，宾馆地理位置好，是拍摄日出日落的好地方

First of all, the views are really stunning. The staff were very operative, friendly. Special thanks to the staff who cared of clean the snow from steps as fast as possible to get the best views from mountain. Food was really really delicious. Who is not staying at the hotel and is going to go back to the city, the best time to go on a Pilatus is sunset.

Amazing. We hiked up from Alpnachstad for a 4pm check-in. After the crowds leave you have the summit to yourself for sunrise and sunset. Feels very exclusive. The food is just amazing, the service too. Feel so lucky to have stayed here. A must do.

This was my fourth time on Mt. Pilatus, but it was the most special one yet. I booked my stay one day before in order to make sure the weather would be perfect. It was a dream of mine to watch the sunset and the sunrise at ~2000 meters. Coincidently, that same evening, Pilatus would host an Astronomy Evening. Not only did I get to witness the most beautiful sunset and sunrise with Alpsteinbocks, but I also got to experience the Perseid Meteor Shower at ~2000 meters high. I saw about 10 shooting stars, Saturn, Adromeda, freckles on the Sun, etc., all thanks to Chris Kravogel and Jos Kohn from Astroevents.ch, the two experts providing the event. Furthermore, this stay was accompanied by the most exquisite cuisine. Dinner was made up of a 3-course menu and, for breakfast, there was a buffet with so many options to choose from. Highly recommend this experience.

Staying at Hotel Pilatus-Kulm was an experience that we completely enjoyed. The hotel rooms are really comfortable and cozy after a day of hiking. It was fun to feel like the very few, once all the visitors left and it was just the hotel guests from dusk to dawn. Take advantage of the multiple hiking paths and of course just enjoying the views.

Too early in the year for the cog railway the hotel was accessed from Kriens, just outside Luzern by two gondola rides. A very warm welcome from the reception set the standard of service throughout the stay. Stayed in the suite, room 401, Drachenhimmel. This was a lovely room, very large and double aspect. The bathroom, with a large bath and 2 washbasins was also large. Although outside temperature was below freezing the room was warm and cosy. Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Deep snow meant some outside paths were closed. Felt so lucky that the skies cleared to reveal the superb views. From start to finish a very memorable experience, enjoyed every minute of the stay

The Hotel Pilatus-Kulm is one of the best, if not the best, mountain hotels we have ever stayed at. The adventure starts with the easy of booking, communicating with the hotel staff (thank you very much to all who answered our questions quickly), taking the Pilatus Bahn, walking directly to check-in and having everything ready for our family (we had 4 rooms with different room type needs), to opening the room windows and seeing the beautiful valley below. This was the first visit for our family (my wife and I were here about 5 years ago). We said at that time that we will bring our whole family back one day ---- and we did. We kept telling our family over and over again how magical this mountain is and it did not disappoint at all! We all wished we could have stayed an extra day or two (we stay two nights). The restaurant was fantastic. The breakfast was bountiful and the evening meal was an event, not just a sit down and eat time. It was dining at its best. We highly recommend the Hotel Pilatus-Kulm for all ages (our range was from 2 years old to 65 years old). We do recommend to get rail tickets and seat reservations in advance as there are times the train could be full and having advance tickets AND seat reservations is a must.
