The most terrible apartment/hotel i have ever been to. Dirty, disgusting. What they Call a three room apartment, was just three dirty beds, the one in what mostly looked like a closet. Bad, bad, bad

Pros: Location close to transport, Petronas Towers and restaurants. Price is reasonable for size of apartment. Cons: Many! Rooms were in bad condition. Mattresses were worn, hard, stained and had holes in them. Only one sofa (3 seater) for a 3 bedroom apartment. Air-conditioning in main bedroom smelled bad. Only one toilet roll per bathroom for a 4 night stay. Bedding linen was old and stained. Had to ask twice for extra linen for children's bunk bed, only for them to forget a towel and pillow. Asked again and was told they wouldn't provide the extra pillow, but they did bring an extra towel. No clothes dryer available. Parking is paid only (however we didn't use the parking) The Gym and Pool is not included in your stay price, you must pay extra! Towels not provided even after paying extra. Pool was in bad condition, my daughter cut herself in the pool and my husband started itching after being in there a few minutes. TV- No free to air channels available at all. WiFi didn't work after 1st day. No bedside tables in rooms. No door on third bedroom (kids bunks). No toaster in kitchen. The code to enter apartment was a 11 digit code, so was tedious to enter the apartment each time. Shower handles didn't work properly. Showers were mouldy and not cleaned properly. Overall the apartment wasn't cleaned well and not maintained to a good standard. Would not stay here again.
