The place was so comfortable and quite spacious. The amenities also in good condition. Parking space with reserved are good.

unit is OK, similar to others, need ID to eleviate attractiveness. pool is nice, good for children. beach is just at the back,within few steps

Nice location, about 15min drive to the city center. Self check-in was easy, got designated parking space as well. The unit was clean, it has a small room with a single bed.. and 1 queen bed outside. Satisfied with the price. Facilities- gym, big pool (designated for kids). Nice long beach at the back. This place is recommended for a family getaway.

1st try… So far so good.. semua dekat… everything senang. X rugi guna Trip.com Bawak family ramai2 pn mudah. Harga berpatutan. Fmly semua happy.. ************* stay 2 Mlm Ujan x berlarutan. The location is nice, by the Balok Beach. The pool is huge with beautiful landscape but it was close during the month of Ramadhan due to maintenance. Timurbay Seafront is like an AirBnB style accommodation, not a typical hotel or a service apartment. A variety of different hosts rent out different apartments so the quality will differ. My specific review is for: A Junior Suite by Subhome, booked thru Trip.Com & Within Earth. Thanks to Mr Soaib, he allowed us to early checked in at around 1pm and upgrade my son room to pool view and facing the ocean. Response time through whatsapp and call very efficient. Limited time check-in from 3 to 10 pm only. And check-out from 9am to 12pm only. You'll get fine for RM100/30 minutes for late check-out. Need to consider in providing amenities such tooth brush, mineral water, etc. Parking was okay, the security is good. Lots of local restaurant nearby. Will come again when we're in Kuantan.

Went for staycation with friends. Location is good, just a walking distance from beach. The room also good, clean and have minimal decoration. But i think host should provide at least mineral water. Service was a bit slow. Arrive at 3pm to check in but there was no person at the counter. Need to wait almost 20 minutes. Other than that everything is ok. Smooth check in by the way.

Nice stay. Location near Pantai Batu Hitam before Pantai Balok. Good family outing. Good amenities such pool facing to the sea.

This apartment located at a strategic location. It is easy to access. Very nice place for family gathering and holiday because it is nearby to the beach. It is also fully equip with gymnasium swimming pool and other facilities. The price also reasonable .
