Dinesh and Anurag from housekeeping was very helpful and jovial . They took care of each and every needs promptly . They also were good in letting us know the places to go , eat and also things to do in Manali . They were very prompt in addressing all the queries we had . The best part of it was their similing and jovial nature and eager to help . Really good stuff and excellent hospitality

All the services were to good and staff is excellent. House keeping service is very good. Mr Shivkant and Dinesh and Sonu and Hosiyiar singh were too good to help. All other services were also good. Needed a heated pool to be add in services. Thanks

Great Property great location and hospitable staff. all the staff at the hotel are warm and friendly. Ritik at checkin desk was very prompt and responsive. the facilities in the hotel are all upto the mark. the spa is also very very good at the hotel. rooms are well heated with beautiful views and all amenities.
