Wonderful house in a secure estate. Mr Hou was very hospitable. We had a homemade breakfast. Decor and cleanliness 👍🏻 too bad we only stayed 1 night. Would be good for long stay. Surrounding area is better than the old street. Wide roads and many food choices.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay villa in Kunming. The housekeeping service was truly exceptional — he took care of everything for us and was always available whenever we needed help. His hospitality made us feel right at home. The villa is located in a beautiful and upscale community, offering both comfort and a great environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to stay in Kunming!

This trip was definitely worth it! We had a wonderful experience. The maid was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the breakfast she made was super mouth-watering. There was even a front and back garden filled with beautiful flowers. The rooms are spacious and cozy, and come with some beautiful decorations! As for the bedroom, the beds are big and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

Very beautiful, clean and cosy homestay. Our family of 5 occupied the 3 rooms on 2nd floor - it was really comfortable. The housekeeper was responsive and accommodated our requests. Breakfast was good! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to everyone 😀

The host was very efficient and helpful. Made our stay in Kunming such a pleasant experience. She gave good recommendations on places to eat, travel options, etc. Breakfast was lavish. We had assorted fruits, fresh milk and good coffee.

一棟小別墅，三層，一層是公共區域，二樓三間房，三層一間。民宿很温馨舒適，管家也很熱情，連住了三天，覺得像在家一樣舒服。

這個民宿絕對是這次昆明之行的明智選擇。一開始還有點擔心民宿的品質和衞生，到達後就放心了，完全出乎意料的滿意。滿院的花花草草，步步都是小景緻，房間舒適，面積喜人，飯菜可口，地理位置很絕，出門就是海埂大壩，附近的飯店也基本不踩雷。下次帶上朋友再來。感恩遇見！

設備略有老舊，但環境乾淨整潔，裝修風格超棒，出門就是海邊！老闆一早來給大家做早飯，美味又豐富。提一句，老闆的茶水，點心和水果超好吃

環境温馨舒適，氛圍感滿滿，也許是下雨天留客吧，突然的降温一直大雨，打亂了我們的旅行計劃，我們在這裏呆了三天。 很喜歡小院裏種的迷迭香，下雨時，雨水敲打它們，會散發出陣陣好聞的香氣。管家會給你煮上一壺茶，在這裏暖暖的喝上一口，雨天的寒氣感覺驅散不少。 這裏對小朋友也非常友好，管家耐心有愛，細節感滿滿。提前安裝了寶寶床圍欄和準備的每天豐盛不重樣的早餐。另外還有點心和小零食，寶寶也很喜歡。 下次還會再來～

房間很好哦，衞生也不錯，定的三張床的房間對帶孩子出來玩的非常友好，老闆的早餐也是每天不重樣，真的太棒了
