After receiving your order, the hotel has been actively contacting you to handle check-in (but unfortunately, the hotel did not get in touch with you). Moreover, the hotel's external network information also indicates that it can receive foreign friends, and the room was reserved for you all night that night. Regarding the problem you mentioned that the front desk staff refused to handle your check-in after you arrived at the hotel, there is surveillance at the hotel front desk that can prove that you did not arrive at our hotel. Did you go to the wrong hotel by any chance?
