Абсолютно фантастический опыт! Весь персонал был очень любезным и был в курсе всего, о чем мы спрашивали. Номер был отличный, современный и практичный. Определенно приеду снова!

Мы с женой только что вернулись из Японии и прекрасно провели время в отеле Kyoto Shijo Takakura Hotel Grandereverie. Персонал оказал нам великолепное обслуживание и предусмотрел все наши потребности. Наш номер был очень просторным (особенно по японским стандартам) и имел множество удобств, а также очень удобную кровать. Расположение было потрясающим, в окружении хороших ресторанов и в +/- 5 минутах ходьбы от станции метро и рынка Нишики. Приятным бонусом стал недавно построенный лобби-бар, который теперь можно увидеть на фотографиях на сайте.

Мне очень понравился этот маленький отель. На небольшой тихой улице, всего в нескольких шагах от главной улицы. Номера большие по японским меркам. Персонал такой милый и услужливый. Завтрак доставляется в номер каждое утро. Вкусный и свежий. Более чем чистый и удобный. Самая роскошная кровать. Множество ресторанов и прачечная самообслуживания буквально через небольшую улицу. Просто прелесть.

Мы с мужем прекрасно провели время в этом отеле. Он был невероятно хорошо расположен, персонал был очень дружелюбным, услужливым и внимательным, номер был просторным, кровать была удобной, душевая/ванная были огромными, а западный завтрак в номере был вкусным. Что еще можно сказать?!

This hotel was by far the best of our trip. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was top notch: great bed, outstanding shower, good lighting, nice location on a street with lots of small restaurants. Excellent service too. Only about 20 rooms, so book early.

Japan Reviews My adult son and I spent 8 nights and 7 full days at this wonderful hotel in Kyoto. The rooms are a great size and well appointed especially compared to Tokyo room sizes. It’s a small hotel with a huge heart because the staff are simply awesome at customer care and support, without exception. Spacious bedrooms rooms with excellent controllable air-conditioning. The separate toilet and walk-in bathrooms are extremely comfortable and spacious The location is outstanding for shopping, sightseeing and travel across the city and further travel. 10 mins from Kyoto station on the Karasuma line and as a fan of Uber, its central to anything you need to get to within 5-20 mins. Walking distance to Teramachi street and Nishiki food markets. The Samurai Experience and the Shijo-Dori downtown shopping district. Meals are delivered to the rooms as there is no dining facility, but this is not a downside if you are a budding travel/adventurer. Meals can also be brought in from any Family Mart or 7-Eleven, which becomes the norm in Japan. Additionally, there are 15+ restaurants within a two minute walk, many of which are on the same quiet street. I absolutely loved this small characterful street this hotel was located on. I wanted to make a special note of the support this hotel team provided before we arrived. As a motorsport fan my son was keen to explore Suzuka race circuit. The hotel contacted the circuit directly and found out there was an all day practice session for different classes of cars on Saturday. The hotel also helped us find a car hire place, Toyota right next to Kyoto station. Picking the car up the night before I drove to Suzuka circuit, which all resulted in an another amazing day. Post event the hotel team then contacted the circuit and was able to get a list of all the driver and their cars after the event. This hotel goes above and beyond and all you need to do is ask them!! One of the best Hotel customer experiences I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy.

We stayed in 4 hotels while in Japan, and this was my favorite. It wasn’t the most expensive, and it didn’t have the largest room, but they completely won me over with their warm, excellent service, and with just getting the important stuff right. Very comfortable bed. Provided packets for pour-over coffee in the room. Fantastic breakfast, brought to our room at our chosen time. I think this last one went the furthest for me. I also liked the Matcha drink on our arrival. It’s a little weird how they do the key to the room, but ultimately they won me over. They’re also located in a great part of Kyoto and we really enjoyed our 5 nights here.

The hotel is located in a Great location, great room with ample space. Staff super helpful at all times. Many restaurants around the hotel, staff gave excellent recommendations and took care of bookings. Excellent for solo travelers for sure.

Nice spacious room. Good sleep quality. Good location for shopping and nishiki market . Bathroom has big bathtub and big shower area . Location is behind the Main Street. We didn’t book breakfast as there many places around for breakfast. Also we drove and could easily find parking space around the hotel . The room still use the key and you can drop off your key at reception when Leaving hotel .

We have just had a very enjoyable four night stay at this excellent boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and very stylishly appointed and comfortable. They are spotless and modern. The staff are extremely attentive and make you feel very welcome. It is located in a great area, with transport options close by and many really good small restaurants within metres from the hotel. We would happily stay here again.

This hotel is a gem, located in a quiet lane but close to bustling main streets for all your needs. The bed was super comfortable and the room well designed. The lounge downstairs was spacious and peaceful, a great spot to watch the world go by or wait for your taxi. The most outstanding part of this hotel however is the staff. From the welcome when you arrive, to answering queries, attending to requests and bidding you a fond farewell they were exceptional. When I asked to borrow a knife they expertly cut up and plated my fruit . Could I heat up the dinner set I'd purchased from Diamaru? No problem. They did so, presenting dinner plated on a tray with a basket of cutlery, delivered to my room. When I needed to see a doctor they arranged the appointment and briefed the taxi where to go. In short they were brilliant.

My wife and I spent five nights at this hotel in a comfortable and amply sized room. This is a modern boutique hotel with a great location and friendly service. In particular we appreciated the huge shower room with a large bathtub within it and the complementary 24 hr freshly ground coffee/espresso in the lobby. We highly recommend.
