首先無想酒店屬於十多間房的民宿 所以沒有lounge 沒有附設餐廳 也沒有24小時前台 在四條河原町附近小路上 步行可至高島屋大丸百貨 很小出租車不會認識 門口出租也少 服務熱情 提前辦了入住 優點房間比顯示面積大 浴缸雙人式的 泡一泡可以解除一天的疲勞 設施全新衞生乾淨 衹是設計上不是很專業 沙發處太昏暗 空調一陣陣發出響聲 百葉窗完全不遮光會讓人早醒 吧枱擋腳 早餐説房間吃 同類型的託莫亞是工作人員送進房間依次放好雖簡單搭配得還行這裏遞個紙袋 巨甜的紅豆麪包 薯片 土豆泥 我選的抹茶拿鐵糖沒單放 很甜 我不理解無蛋白質超高糖份的這份早餐 可能我前天住便宜的東山東急酒店早餐品質很好有黑毛和牛對比過於強烈吧 總結房間不錯 早餐災難

非常好的體驗 入住接待的人 英文很好 講的很明白 酒店乾淨衞生 早餐的的熱狗特別好吃 烤得脆脆的 酒店很安靜 用的洗漱用品是 Martin margiela 非常喜歡京都 下次還會住

這酒店真的非常推薦 地理位置很方便 性價比無敵高 冰箱的酒水飲料全都免費 早餐也會送來房間 服務非常棒！

冇辦法唔俾滿分！！房間大，設施超齊全！非常乾淨又舒服！入住時職員耐心介紹所有設施，每朝送上早餐，雖然只是簡單的早餐，但服務十分細心，是我在關西最難忘的酒店！

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Great location in a quiet street, massive room with well-appointed kitchenette and luxury bathroom with loads of amenities, free drinks incl beer, whisky, and gourmet sodas in the fridge (!) Our adult children stayed in the screened-off tatami area which gave privacy. Free breakfast was tasty and a nice touch. The staff were delightful and the location very convenient. 7-11 very close too. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the Muso hotel for three nights with my husband and my adult daughter in the family unit. We were visiting our daughter, who lives in Osaka, Japan, and had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The place is unbelievable. It's in the very heart of Kyoto; it has five-star amenities, and the price is very reasonable. The location is right in the middle of everything, on a quiet, picturesque street. The unit was gorgeous, with two rooms, a nice sitting area, and a kitchenette. Ito, the customer service person, was incredibly helpful and nice. Good English, as well. Later, we met the supervisor, who was very pleasant and helpful. They have a rooftop place for breakfast (which is very satisfying) and coffee with a nice view of Kyoto. I'm traveling to Japan in March and have already booked a room for me and my daughter in the Muse Hotel. I highly recommend the place to anybody! It feels like a real home in the heart of Kyoto.

Traveled around the world stayed in many top rated hotels and this is one of the best experience. Clean, tech savvy, good english, proximity to good food, quiet, and extremely nice staff - took me and showed me how to make wish in Shrine; help booked restaurant and help make carter request in Japanese. Very moved and hope this place prosper and maintain the quality.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional - design, room, location, staff, breakfast. On checkin, our bags were carried to the room and staff took time to explain room logistics such as lights, temperature controls, coffee maker, etc. The deluxe room is very large with kitchen and sitting area and its obvious how much thoughtful care was taken in its design for guests. Most comfortable bed Ive ever had in Japan which is notorious for super hard mattresses. A simple and delicious breakfast is included and is delivered to your room starting at 9am. We received excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants - places that are known by the locals. A 7-11 is next door and a laundromat nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I travel a lot and this was by far the BEST hotel experience we have ever had!! The manager, Ryo, was so incredibly helpful and kind!! When we arrived, our bags were brought to our room and then Ryo accompanied us to our room (king suite) where he explained everything about the room and the surrounding area. He gave us printed descriptions of area restaurants and even made reservations for us (which was appreciated since we speak NO Japanese!) Any time we needed anything, he was more than happy to accommodate us. When my husband mentioned that he appreciated the whisky in the refrigerator (Maker's Mark I believe), the next day there were SIX little bottles (shot size) instead of the customary two. We also loved that there was complimentary soda, beer and water provided and restocked every day. As for the room itself, it was WONDERFUL! We had a kitchen, living room area, king bed and a HUGE bathroom with a sunken tub. There was also a separate room for our son where they prepared a futon for him. The floor was covered in tatami mats and it was separated from the main room with shoji screens. Our son absolutely LOVED it!! If our journeys ever take us back to Kyoto, the ONLY hotel I would consider is Hotel Muso!
