Завтрак и ужин были отличными и идеальными, особенно ужин, просто небольшая проблема была в номерах, телевизор был таким старым (например, модель 20 лет), и в комнате было так темно из-за маленьких огней внутри комнаты, о расположении я могу сказать, что отель находится в лучшее место города, как в центре города, так и на берегу моря

Thieves!!! taking advantage of old lady, my grandmother has Alzheimer's and it’s very bad memory loss she paid £666 for few days as we have a wedding and all the family is staying there. She got confused of where she was and wanted to check out; they checked her out and when I came to pick her up she said when are we going to the hotel? I took her back to the hotel and they said they weren’t giving her room back or money. I explained she’s got memory loss and didn’t mean to leave. the receptionist basically said he didn’t care and that they gave her room away but she can buy another room. So they kept the money and refused to give her a room back even though she paid. She later fell down and broke her arm. The hotel is a joke and full of crooks! Do not recommend! The receptions is a total joke!

Would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy your time, Vuni Palace Hotel is the perfect choice! The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful,

Booked this hotel for 1 night. Had to wait till 2.45 to get the room which was an absolute dump. The room we booked had flat screen TV, spacious, clean and luxurious looking. The room we were given was horrible. Dirty blood stained chair, hand AND footprints on wall, Bleach stains on carpet, damaged furniture and a TV that looked like it was from the 1970's. Complained to reception and was transferred to another room in a different block. Lost the balcony and sea view that we booked as a result but room was much nicer.

Myself and my mother stayed at the hotel for a week at the beginning of July on a half board basis - having been a visitor to Northern Cyprus for over 35 years (albeit not a hotel resident normally) and having read all the negative reviews, was slightly concerned when I booked. I need not have worried, our room was excellent, spacious and modern, clean and tidy and well maintained. We used the hotel as a base whilst on the island and I would agree that perhaps it would be around a 4 star rather than 5, found all staff to be very attentive and eager to please and very pleasant and helpful. The food was buffet style but all fresh and a huge variety, you would be hard pushed to not find something you liked. We arrived during Byram so the hotel was exceptionally busy as we expected. Great hotel for families with option of a huge swimming pool or two areas on the beach - I would highly recommend and wanted to provide a honest and positive review - if I was travelling for a quiet relaxing time I would choose a smaller and quieter hotel but thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

12/16 haziran tarihleri arasında buradaydım. Yeni gidicek olan arkadaşlar dikkatlice okusun yoksa canınız çok sıkılır !! Otele sabah saat 9gibi gittik valizlerimi desk e bıraktıktan sonra bize imkanlardan yararlanabilirsiniz diye söylendi kahvaltı yapmak için restorana gittik kahvaltımızı yaparken garson gelip bizde adisyon yazmaya çalıştı nededi daha otel odamız verilmediği için kahvaltının paralı olduğu bilgisi verildi biraz fevri konuşunca bu sefer böyle olsun tarzından birşeyle karşılaştık. Ben herşey dahil konseptle gittim fakat otele giriş günü hariç su ücretli olarak veriliyor 😀 Otelde suya hasret kalabilirsiniz. Yemekhanesi berbat inanılmaz kötü aç kalırsınız bunu bilerek gidin yemek sürekli aynı değişmez akşamları sürekli haşlanmış et yemeği standarttır tatlı neredeyse yok mesela ben baklava vs hiç görmedim 😀 saat 15:30/16:30 arası dordurma verildiği söyleniyor fakat dondurma bulmanız için şansa ihtiyacınız var. 1000/1500 kişi kapasiteli otelde 1tane tost makinası var yapmaya kalkarsanız kahvaltıyı kaçırırsınız. Su sadece bardakla veriliyor. Alkole gelirsek öyle her istediğiniz içki yok Mey grubu olduğu için içkiler baya baya kötü alkolün bedava olduğu yerde otelde istediğiniz içki yok.Ben 32** odada kaldım binaya girdiğiniz leş gibi bir koku sizi sizden alıyor defalarca söylememize rağmen koku geçmedi malesef o kötü kokuda konaklıyorsunuz. Otelde türk kahvesi ücretli bu arada niye diye sorduğunuzda çok komik bi cevap alıyorsunuz 😀 Otelin en güzel yanı kumarhanesi çünkü istediğiniz herşeyi yiyip içebiliyorsunuz biz arkadaşlarımızla sürekli orada durmak zorunda kaldım çünkü karnımız başka türlü doymadı 😀 Bunları göze alarak gidin otele herhangi bir aktivite vs birşey yok ya kumarhanede zaman geçiriceksiniz yada havuz başında yaş sınırı 50/70 arası olan misafirlerle oturcaksınız başka alternatif bişey yok. Şimdiden geçmiş olsun 😀

This is really a 3-star hotel pretending it’s still a 5-star, which it may have been once upon a time. Apart from the restaurant, which is of a high standard with great variety of food and attentive staff, the rooms and furnishings are rather tired, chipped and dated. We had to ask for a bedside light and three times for the fridge to be made to work. The room safe is not fixed to a wall and is thus portable. There seems to be poor connection between reception staff and management. High-class facilities that one would expect from a 5-star are absent, such as a luxury cafe, gym and a quality shop are absent.

The hotel was dated and in need of an upgrade. However the room was large and comfortable. The bed was as hard as hell's door knocker though ! We had heard a lot about North Cyprus food and we didn't get any ! The all inclusive food was very average at best. The saving grace was the people in the bar. Eylul is probably the most beautiful and charming young lady I have ever had serve me. All of the other staff in the bar were also excellent. The people of North Cyprus generally make up for any other shortcoming as they are wonderfully friendly.

Just returned from a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. Our room although with a sea view from the side window was disappointing, air conditioning unit broken and not working, tv dating back to the 1990’s. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, food was poor to average and beware of the drinks that are not included. When we spoke to the staff about our issues we were told that if we expected more then maybe we should pay an extra 200 euro and stay at a better hotel. We live in the republic of Cyprus and will definitely not recommend this hotel to any of our friends or family looking for a stay in this area.

It seems very unfair for other 5 star hotels to be rated on the same scale as this one. On the outside it looks good, the rooms on the other hand….very outdated furniture, unconfortable beds, dirty walls, doors, carpet, armchair, old and hardly functional bathroom. Everything with no exception is old, really dirty and scratched. Beware of the bathrooms, they suck. Doors have scrathes everywhere like some wild animals lived there before. I think the pictures say enough. Very rude and non communicative staff, especially the guy at the sauna reception which by the way is dull and you don’t have anything to do for more than 20 minutes. Nobody gives a fly about the clients, arogant and non interrested staff. They don’t even answer back when you say hi. The breakfast was okay, but we had the same options everyday, dinner not quite satisfying. In no way is this a 5 star hotel, I’ll give IT a 3 at best. Very dissapointing and 0 interest from staff and management to satisfy Clients. Unfortunate visit, won’t come again.
