In the resort 300 m from the centre of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 3 km from the edge of the forest, 100 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach, 300 m from the river, south-east facing position. Private: swimming pool angular (2 x 3 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with alarm system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 23 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery 350 m, pedestrian zone 400 m, bicycle rental 1.2 km, bus stop "Robert Vasse" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, lake de Monteux 16 km. Golf course (18 hole) 22 km, walking paths from the house 300 m, cycle lane 150 m, fishing possibilities 300 m.
