In the resort 3 km from the centre of Dinard, 600 m from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach, on a main road. For shared use: property 850 m2 with lawn, parking. Shop 1.5 km, grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "La Bodinais" 210 m, railway station "SCNF Saint-Malo" 9 km, ferry "gare maritime du Naye" 8.2 km, sandy beach "Le Prieuré" 1.4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Fairly old building, converted into an apartment. Old-fashioned furniture, fairly well equipped, but only two electric hobs for 6 people! Very clean on arrival. Faulty shower head wall mounting...

Overall dirty, poor bedding, dirty couch. Mention should apparently be made upstairs with difficult, narrow stairs for luggage.
