Cleanliness was so soul and the pool was empty I'm not sure why. Wish they had more double beds available and they also wish the rooms were more clean. Also the pool could have been filled and cleaned for the use Of the people staying there. But the location was great for what we had to do and it was in the middle of a whole bunch of restaurants gas stasians and stores so that worked great in our benefit.

I booked a room three months in advance and later needed to cancel over a month from the date of stay, but was told they can’t give me any refund. I gave plenty of notice but they’re just being cheap. I am deeply dissatisfied and outraged that I cannot be refunded anything from what I was already charged. It is greedy to keep my money knowing that, since i’ve given a month’s advance notice on my cancellation, someone else will fill the room anyway and they’ll get double the money and I’ll be stuck paying for a room I never even used. Disgusting.

This property is out dated and dirty. Those that rate it higher might want to look at the Double Tree next door at the same rate and proper hotel, clean, sanitary and modern. It is unbelievable IHG is ok with the condition of this hotel. I checked in recently and left after looking at the conditions and the smell, checking in to the Double tree next door. I was there for a total of 10 minutes. Even the person at the front desk agreed the property management was less than congenial. I stay at IHG properties around the world, and this was by far one of the worst. I have never checked out of a hotel until this stay. If you do stay and second guess if you should, I recommend to leave and go to another property. You will be happy with your decision to leave. I have made several attempts to work back with the management and as others have commented, they are not interested in the customer, instead the quick dollar is more important. I am now considering making the move back to Hilton properties. As a diamond member with Hilton, they continue to take care of the customer and the cleanliness, conditions of the property in this case are a huge difference for the same price. I stayed here for a single night while passing through town and was also somewhat reluctant based on the reviews. However, at least the night I stayed, the negative reviews aren't warranted. The hotel is in a nice area with restaurants and gas stations nearby, its right off the highway and easy to find. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was standard 10 year old Holiday Inn Express. Spacious, clean but showing signs of age. The good thing is everything worked and the hotel was very quiet: best hotel sleep I've had in a long time. Bed was comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

I had read many mixed reviews but can only speak about my experience. Check in around 5 pm Alicia was friendly and efficient. Elevator, dining room common areas were very clean. Our room while carpet showed some age again was neat and clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast bar again was clean and better than average. Overall stay for me was a good one Several decent restaurants nearby.

I showed up yesterday, it stinks of pot as soon a I get out of my truck and begin walking through their parking lot, my bed is a mess when I get up to my room (if I had to guess, they didn't change the sheets, they didn't even attempt to properlyremake it), the interwebs won't connect and when I bring this up to the guy in the morning (sitting in the lobby, playing on his phone) his answer is, "it's working just fine for me, I'm on it". I requested that he attempt a reboot so as to try to strengthen the signal and his response is "nah, it's working just fine for me" and he goes back to playing on his phone. While taking a picture of him, he seemed upset, saying "I'm not allowed to do that", talking about the internet. Either way, this is not a professional look and this is not the appropriate manner at which to behave while at work. So, let's recap... the bed was a mess, the place stinks of pot (parking lot, elevator, hallways, everywhere), certain staff are sitting in the lobby playing on their phones, waiting to see the water pressure and food but I don't have very high hopes. Although the lady who checked me in was very pleasant, I would not recommend this place. EDIT: The food is fresh and well made. The cooking staff are very sweet and pleasant. The Manager came over to discuss the internet issue with me. Her approach was not good from the start. She didn't introduce herself, then when she asked a question, she continuously interrupted abs talked over me. When I tried to point this out, she became defensive, argumentative, and combative. This resolved nothing. I'm leaving pictures, you decide...

If you’re into smells, trash and stains this is the hotel for you. The elevator lobbies all had overflowing trash cans. Every vending machine was either out of stock or out of order. The carpet in the halls is stained from end to end. One end of our hall smelled like a dispensary and the other end like vomit. The joy continued in the room. The carpet and furniture was badly stained. The tub was stained in a way I’d never seen before and looked like somebody had poured punch or rusty water water in the tub. The walls are paper thin. On a plus note, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

We had a suite with two bedrooms, even though we did not need that much room. It was clean and comfortable and large, and the little kitchenette area was cute. At the front desk, they had a selection of rubber ducks for a game at check-in. When you overturn a rubber duck, you receive the prize printed on the bottom (a free snack or a bottle of water or points toward a future stay). It was a cute concept. The person at the front desk was also very nice and professional. I have no complaints. After we dropped off our son at Purdue for orientation, we needed a place that was nearby, and we waited too long to book in town, so everything near campus was booked up. This place was certainly serviceable and clean and priced correctly. It was also close enough to campus that it did not feel like a long haul.
