Best part of town. Stylish, family friendly townhome just blocks away from River Ranch and across from the Heart Hospital, 10 mins to downtown and Cajun Dome.. Style and comfort. With 2 master suites, each their own private bathrooms and walk in closets. King and Queen beds. Back patio with outdoor seating, lights and BBQ. Free washer & dryer and 2 parking spaces. Full coffee bar! 57 inch TV in the living room and a 40 inch in the bedroom. French doors and balcony feels like New Orleans. Lala Land is truly a unique find. Property includes driveway parking directly in front. Across the street from the Heart Hospital and Chase bank. Also a few blocks from River Ranch and all shopping, restaurants and stores. 10 mins to Cajun Dome, downtown and ULL campus. (Living downstairs and bed and bath upstairs)About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Pets not allowed on furniture & picked up after.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property. Perfect area for all activities around Lafayette. The rental met our needs, well equipped. The owner checked on how we were doing and if there were any issues with the rental. Great communications.

Not for elderly with mobility issues This is a pet friendly place but very little space to take him to use bathroom. No grass on back patio at all, very little out front, all concrete or asphalt with huge potholes. The issue with mobility for older people like us was 15 steps getting up to the bedroom and bathroom. Absolutely no bathrooms downstairs. Try adding a half bath or even just a potty downstairs. The neighbors were nice enough, but the entire neighborhood was under developed structurally. The beds were very good, but it took a little while to get the upstairs as cool as the downstairs, so sleep was just a slight issue. I would not stay in this VRBO again! Not for senior citizens with mobility issues.

Nice The inside of the property was clean. Neighborhood was unkept.Cute home. Could not figure out how to turn on ceiling fan in living room. Wish there was also a manual of information about property as well as surrounding areas.

Great! Description is right. We spent a couple days in Lafayette and this rental was what we needed. Great communication before, during, and after. Highly recommended

Concert Get away House was very clean, beds were comfortable, located in a central area. Just didn’t realize it was a unit in a complex of townhouses. Host was very nice day to communicate with and LOVED no chores!

Nice for what we needed. This is an older townhome in a great location. Surrounding buildings and grounds could use improvement, but this unit was nice. Older, but well maintained and described perfectly.

Visit Mom Easy check in/check out. Nice that we both had own restroom. Comfortable furniture. Nice to have coffee set up.

Cute and cozy Cute property. Was really close to all different kinds of shops. Property manager kept in touch and made us feel very welcome! Would stay here again!
