Inside, discover an open layout with two gas fireplaces, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining area with a table with space for six, a living area with a 55" smart TV for streaming your favorite channels, a second living room to enjoy the sunset over the garden and a large desk to catch-up on work or writing. Outside, fire up your gas grill and enjoy a summertime cookout. Lounge in the hammock or in the Adirondack chairs for some peaceful moments in the garden. For a more active time, you’re welcome to use the public tennis court located just 100 feet away from the property. The tennis court is on the grounds of Lake Forest Park Elementary school and accessible to the public during school days after 4pm, or during week-ends and school holidays. There is also a playground for your little ones and basketball courts on the school grounds, available after school hours.
