All linens provided. Each bedroom has a smart tv and temperature control settings with brand new electric mini splits. Newly renovated !! Brand new deck, driveway, kitchen, baths bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. The wood stove is not for use by guests. Fire pit, guests bring wood. Things to note: Check in 3, check out 10 Please clean up after your dogs, and they must be on leashes at all times. Make sure they are added at check out. $150 per pet, 1 pet max indoor fireplaces not for use. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES of any kind. Follow signs for cramers point motel. The path to the beach runs along side the long steep driveway.
