Garage Bay 1 : 21 feet deep and 12 feet wide (note: driveway gate will limit some trailers from maneuvering) PARKING AREA - We also have a large 16 x 75' deep parking area outside of our main gate - off of the top of the driveway. There are security cameras around the exterior and in the shared garage which can record video. No cameras are aimed into the home or pool area. Per City Ordinance #9.30.050, digital 24 hour noise monitors are installed which document noise levels to the cloud and send alerts to us when noise levels are exceeded, but do not record audio. Pool/spa heating is not included, but available upon request at an additional cost per day, based on normal use hours. Unfortunately, fuel rates change throughout the year and weather temperatures affect how long it takes to heat pool. EVENTS must be pre-approved in advance by Owner, regardless of Vrbo acceptance.
