Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located next to the Polk Museum of Art and Lake Morton you will be within walking distance to downtown Lakeland. We loved everything about our stay here! The property is charming, cozy, adorable, and clean. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and quiet. The furniture is comfortable. The mattresses are soft and cushiony. The kitchen is a cheerful delight. It’s just like staying in our own home. We would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this house if you’re visiting Lakeland.

Enjoyably Bright & Convenient
Very enjoyable, clean, and bright atmosphere with a convenient location - Tranquil neighborhood with short walking distance to the Museum and Lake.
Host responded immediately to have someone come replace a battery.
Very nice to see that kitchen items like Paper Foil were provided! We are thankful to have been guests in this home away from home!

Adorable Cottage
This was the perfect house for us over graduation weekend. It was within walking distance from FSC and other downtown features. The house was adorable, comfortable, and spotless! My only suggestion would be to add another full-length or wall mirror. We had a hard time getting ready with only one mirror for the three bedrooms.

Clean, Great location, Comfortable A+++
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, well maintained, provided everything we needed. The location was great. There was a mini market a half block and Morton Lake is in walking distance and it was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of birds and cool trees. The house was beautiful and I would totally rent it again
