My children and I booked a room here the night before our flight to leave the state. We had left a really bad domestic violence household and I spent all I had on the room. I didn’t see there was a deposit on there, but was in a hurry. I was $30 short paying for the deposit. The lady at the front counter, after giving my cousin a free Gatorade, kinda just stared at me while I struggled to find the extra money. Mind you we were checking in at about 10pm. For one night. Not sure how much damage we could do sleeping then checking out but the front desk lady seemed unbothered by us having to leave the hotel and sleep in the car. The next day I inquired about cancelling & refunding the $103, the hotel said NO. I am absolutely shocked. I have had to cancel reservations before, yes while it’s their policy hotels usually honor the cancellation. Trip called twice. No both times. That was all the money we had until we reach our next stop. He took everything from us, we don’t even have any clothes. I don’t know if this hotel is really that hard off, or just unphased by some of life’s real issues, but I was in complete shock they would not cancel the booking So my kids & I are out $103. I asked if I could change the date for the booking to some time in the future so it wouldn’t go to waste… , I was declined there as well. Yes the hotel states no-refunds but I always thought this was for people who tried to abuse the system. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, really. They don’t seem to care about anything but money. And giving out free drinks to good looking Samoans. The cost of the free Gatorade fouldfe covered what we were short for the deposit sheesh! What a mess.

The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming. We stayed in a suite with a huge jetted tub, which was amazing! Other hotels with rooms like this one generally cost a lot more than what we paid, so that is a big plus.

The breakfast area was very clean as well as all other areas. This is always our main concern when traveling. The staff was professional and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved that the property has a 24 hour pool. We travel a lot with our 16 year old son and sometimes get to the hotel late and the pool is closed. Staff was amazing and super big and clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel as I will come back myself! Thank you!!!

We were in town for an event at JBLM. The hotel is close to the base and affordable. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It’s a little run down, but good for the price.

My family and I have stayed here a few times in the past. It’s a nice hotel. It’s not super fancy, but it clean, the rooms are very spacious and the pool is so warm! The staff is always friendly and helpful. All of these things applied to our most recent stay as well, with the exception of the company kept in the pool! My kids love to come and swim at the pool and being there one night only, I was hopeful they’d be able to safely, but that was far from the case. Im beyond patient with kids being excited and having fun/playing games in the pool. My kids also wanted to be silly and have fun- but when there are over TWENTY children and only two adults (that don’t care about manners, decency, or safety), that’s just not doable. There were 5 kids jumping and running to and from the hot tub, there were 18 kids jumping, diving and throwing balls at our children’s heads, other children’s and parents heads, pounding on the walls and the glass. One of them took off his life jacket and nearly drowned. I pulled him up from under the water in the deep end. After my two kids got kicked in the face 3-5 times we got out. I had to scream at the top of my lungs to ask my husband for a towel. When there is a 15 person max capacity and a bunch of dangerous, unsupervised, disrespectful kids running around, it would be so nice for an employee to step in! And especially when that dysfunctional group of people stays in there for nearly four hours! Not sure if we will return.

Upon arrival I checked in, grabbed the cart to bring my belongings in, the cart broke apart, the gentlemen working did not offer to assist in fixing it at all, this should have been my first red flag to leave, I then brought all of my belongings into the elevator with my 11 year old daughter who had a panic attack due to being stuck in it for over 5 minutes, we then requested another room after being told the elevator was being shut down for the night due to us being stuck in it we then carried all of our belongings up the three flight of stairs to our room after doing multiple trips we make it up to our room and there is a brown line of what appeared to be poop down the front of the toilet shower was not clean so we did not use it we used one bed because the other bed was found to not have been changed appropriately, there was hair on the pillow cups left by the tv, metal security tags on top of made beds taken apart, the mirror wasn’t wiped down after bringing this up it was not documented, my daughter had a spray tan (that washes out of sheets at home and every other hotel we have ever stayed at) the hotel charged me an extra 150 on top of the 100 for incidentals when asked about charges they claim it was for a stained sheet Again would have washed out if an attempt at washing the sheets was made however it was clearly not DONT STAY HERE having to do the three flights of stairs all weekend with a child and infant is outrageous alone without being charged extra wrongfully
