The room, amenities, and parking was all adequate. The continental breakfast was above average. They had fried eggs & hash browns + waffle maker etc
The eating area was very nice as well, nothing seems crowded when I came

I will stay at this location again. The staff was amazing. Trip.com put my name on the reservation in the wrong order or whatever and my reservation was not found but they kept looking until the problem was solved.

The breakfast was good and the hotel would be nice if it was just cleaned. The couch and furniture in the reception area was stained and dirty. So was the couch in our room. They need to steam clean them. The matteress was very stiff and hard. it felt like no box spring but just plywood. Overall, I probably will not come back to the Best Western

Cleanest Best Western I've been to! Everything was clean, room, hallways, entry, etc which was nice.
Close to freeway for easy access but far enough to not hear the freeway noise. Stayed one night, only thing is the bed wasn't too comfortable but fine for a nights stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable it had a couch a sink it wasn’t to far from the ice machine by far a very home like feeling tons of space

Bathroom had hair on the floor, under the sink. The rest of the stay was very pleasant! The breakfast was amazing and delicious! Will stay there again!

It is a nice place. Clean and in good shape. However, beds are uncomfortable (old style, ultra firm) and they use some kind of disinfectant that smells terrible.

I love this property, it’s quite, very clean and well maintained, easy access from 14 freeway and there’s a fast food across the way In and out and Wendy’s.

Our room came with a bottle of wine. This was the first for me at a BW. There were 4 choices to chose from. We enjoyed the Sangaria.

I reserved 2 rooms. One for me and one for my friends. The front desk would not let m friends check in without me being present. This made a big problem for me and my friends.

I worked this area in L.E. and there is a criminal element here, but then honestly everywhere in the Lancaster Palmdale area does. I specifically requested a room facing the parking lot and I parked as close to my room as possible so I could hear my alarm go off. There are sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and then having a taco truck doing business 25 yrds from your room doesn't help. Seriously what is up with that? This stay was fairly quiet, but the time before it was party central with rap music playing and kids running up and down the hall for 3 days.
