«Отличное расположение, очень близко к Центральному вокзалу.
Рекомендую, так как он расположен в относительно тихом районе города, хотя не уверен, как будет, если будет футбольный матч, так как стадион находится совсем рядом.
Мы забронировали два стандартных двухместных номера, и оба были чистыми, с гладильными досками, чаем и кофе, шампунем, гелем для душа и мылом для рук, но это все. Телевизор и фен тоже были.
Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый — парень, который нас заселял, был очень дружелюбным и профессиональным, я не помню его имени, но он был в очках.
Завтрак ”шведский стол” был достаточным — это лучшее, что есть в Holiday Inn. Я бы остановился здесь снова.»

«Booked a room away from the lift. Gave us a room next to the lift. Went down to see ifcwe could get it changed as we wanted a quiet room On check in we requested this so obviously next to the lift facing the stack is not a quiet room. Next room was directly above the hotels air conditioning unit gave up as obviously the receptionist was having a serious customer service melt down especially when we went out 10 minutes later and she called over ..is that room OK for you? Obviously not as the air conditioning unit screamed all night long we just said yes as what was the best room going to be ?? Certainly will not be back thanks to the totally piss taking receptionist»

«Very good hotel with very kind staff, everything was clean. Staff provided everything. They also have free hot water on the first floor, people can make a hot tea or coffee there. And there is also bar with snacks and cold drinks. Only thing that can be improved is bathroom, I think there should be separate bathroom for each room. I think it is not related to each room, but only for very affordable rooms. Overall, it is good hotel and I recommend it.»

«По прибытии нас встретил приятный джентльмен и вручил ключ от номера без каких-либо проблем. Мы жили на 4-м этаже, номер был очень чистым, а кровать удобной. Раньше мы никогда не бронировали номера через Roomzz, но обязательно сделаем это снова.»

«Absolute brilliant hotel, staff so friendly and welcoming, can I just say, paul on reception was an absolute legend, as I rang up in the morning to request an early check-in as we arrived after 12 and check-in wasn't untill 3, but paul put a lock on our room, so it was ready for us when we arrived, give that man a raise. Perfect location and comfortable rooms, will deffo recommend, and if im visiting Newcastle again, I think this hotel will be my first choice, depending on price. «Расположение очень хорошее — в нескольких минутах ходьбы от железнодорожного вокзала.
Еда: Завтрак был включен в мой пакет, но я НЕ очень доволен выбором блюд в НЕБОЛЬШОМ буфете. Очень ограниченный выбор, пустая трата денег.
Номера: Номера очень МАЛЕНЬКИЕ, чего не ожидаешь от отеля этой марки.
По-видимому, я перепутал слово FLEX, которое означает бюджетный стандартный отель. Они берут 2,50 фунта за зубной набор… это просто смешно!
Персонал на ресепшене: Приветливый и приветливый персонал — никаких проблем.
Отсутствие основных удобств, которые не стоят им дорого, оставляет негативное впечатление об отеле.
Общее впечатление: Не очень доволен и НЕ рекомендую, если вы ищете достойное проживание с элементами роскоши, учитывая, что цены, которые с меня взяли, НЕ низкие…»

«Very well located in the heart of Newcastle. The service was excellent. The gym was small but for everything I needed.
Breakfast is on the pricey side, but very generous. In addition to the buffet, there’s a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes. If you’re a meat lover, the full English breakfast is definitely worth trying.
The rooms are decent, though for this price point, you might expect a bit more luxury.»

«The staff was super kind and helpful! They helped us check-in early and ALSO check-out later with no issue whatsoever!
We also had an issue with the electricity in our room and, after explaining them the situation, they very promptly gave us another room so we could get ready for our event! Not only, in the end there was no need for another room because they rapidly fixed the issue!
Would 100% recommend! The location was also great for both short Uber trips and short walking based on what you prefer/need!»

ГГостьThe hotel staff were very friendly & very attentive, which was lovely. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice to have a lot of space.
The shower pressure was great and the room & bathroom was very clean. The bed was very lumpy/had a dip in it, so unfortunately, wasn't the best night's sleep and I woke up with a bad back, but this may have just been the room I was in.
The breakfast in the morning was average compared to other breakfast buffet's I have had in hotels recently but the atmosphere was very chilled.
For a one night stay, the hotel did the job.

ГГостьVery impressed with everything. Much better than I thought it would be due to being advertised as a hostel. Food was also really nice and staff very helpful.
Bit difficult to find if walking from train station however once you find it, its easy to get your bearings and a pretty ideal location for city centre and shops. Definately recommend!

However, the sound insulation seemed weak, and voices from the hallway late at night were quite noticeable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

ГГостьThe hotel is located next to Newcastle Central station minutes from the Cathedral, the Castle, the centre of the city near Monument. The hotel entrance has a faded grandeur that isn't intimidating, more comfortably worn. The room was cosy with bathtub and shower. The WiFi was a little temperamental but works fine. A plus for me was the pool and spa facilities at the hotel. Nothing better than a swim to start the day. Excellent location and good value hotel.

KKing KouaméIt wasn't the best of experiences and I believe had we addressed some of the issues we came across sooner, things would have been different. There was a poignant smell in our bathroom and in all fairness we should have mentioned it sooner rather than expecting it to disappear on its own. When we did address it, we were moved into a different room instantly. The rooms could do with a bit more cleaning when it came to dust and hair in various areas. Will still recommend it.

DDisney 345The room was in the top floor and felt quiet. It’s very convenient to have the bar and restaurant just downstairs. I didn’t try the food but it was looking nice. The WiFi was good and the facilities in the room were great too with free tea and coffee. The bed could be improved but it was okay for a night. The room has in suite bathroom.

ГГостьI booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena.
Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou.
We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean.
I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional.
After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley.
It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time. Cheers!
