Рекомендую, так как он расположен в относительно тихом районе города, хотя не уверен, как будет, если будет футбольный матч, так как стадион находится совсем рядом. Мы забронировали два стандартных двухместных номера, и оба были чистыми, с гладильными досками, чаем и кофе, шампунем, гелем для душа и мылом для рук, но это все. Телевизор и фен тоже были. Персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый — парень, который нас заселял, был очень дружелюбным и профессиональным, я не помню его имени, но он был в очках. Завтрак ”шведский стол” был достаточным — это лучшее, что есть в Holiday Inn. Я бы остановился здесь снова.»

«Расположение очень хорошее — в нескольких минутах ходьбы от железнодорожного вокзала. Еда: Завтрак был включен в мой пакет, но я НЕ очень доволен выбором блюд в НЕБОЛЬШОМ буфете. Очень ограниченный выбор, пустая трата денег. Номера: Номера очень МАЛЕНЬКИЕ, чего не ожидаешь от отеля этой марки. По-видимому, я перепутал слово FLEX, которое означает бюджетный стандартный отель. Они берут 2,50 фунта за зубной набор… это просто смешно! Персонал на ресепшене: Приветливый и приветливый персонал — никаких проблем. Отсутствие основных удобств, которые не стоят им дорого, оставляет негативное впечатление об отеле. Общее впечатление: Не очень доволен и НЕ рекомендую, если вы ищете достойное проживание с элементами роскоши, учитывая, что цены, которые с меня взяли, НЕ низкие…»

«Very well located in the heart of Newcastle. The service was excellent. The gym was small but for everything I needed. Breakfast is on the pricey side, but very generous. In addition to the buffet, there’s a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes. If you’re a meat lover, the full English breakfast is definitely worth trying. The rooms are decent, though for this price point, you might expect a bit more luxury.»

«Booked a room away from the lift. Gave us a room next to the lift. Went down to see ifcwe could get it changed as we wanted a quiet room On check in we requested this so obviously next to the lift facing the stack is not a quiet room. Next room was directly above the hotels air conditioning unit gave up as obviously the receptionist was having a serious customer service melt down especially when we went out 10 minutes later and she called over ..is that room OK for you? Obviously not as the air conditioning unit screamed all night long we just said yes as what was the best room going to be ?? Certainly will not be back thanks to the totally piss taking receptionist»

«The property was generally clean and well maintained. Service was standard, and amenities were minimal. However, the sound insulation seemed weak, and voices from the hallway late at night were quite noticeable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.»

«The hotel is located next to Newcastle Central station minutes from the Cathedral, the Castle, the centre of the city near Monument. The hotel entrance has a faded grandeur that isn't intimidating, more comfortably worn. The room was cosy with bathtub and shower. The WiFi was a little temperamental but works fine. A plus for me was the pool and spa facilities at the hotel. Nothing better than a swim to start the day. Excellent location and good value hotel.»

«Absolute brilliant hotel, staff so friendly and welcoming, can I just say, paul on reception was an absolute legend, as I rang up in the morning to request an early check-in as we arrived after 12 and check-in wasn't untill 3, but paul put a lock on our room, so it was ready for us when we arrived, give that man a raise. Perfect location and comfortable rooms, will deffo recommend, and if im visiting Newcastle again, I think this hotel will be my first choice, depending on price.
