Lower deck to grill with lawn for kids to play. Close enough for a short walk to the beach but a bit sheltered from the coastal winds.We are dog friendly. Just 100 feet down our road, the local hobbit trail is a 7-minute walk, leading you to miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Heceta public beach access is also 1/2 mile away with public parking.Sandpiper Shores boasts a great location, conveniently situated only 10 minutes from the historic Old Town of Florence with restaurants and shopping.THE SPACE---------------The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and a family room with couches, a 50" TV, and access to the back deck and lawn. The family room has a queen sofa pullout.One bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath is downstairs. Upstairs has the 2nd full bathroom, the master suite with a queen size bed and another deck with ocean views, and the 3rd bedroom with 3 XL-Twin beds. This unique property sits in a secluded forest setting high above Old Town and the Siuslaw River bridge. It offers complete privacy yet is just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, harbor, and other attractions of Old Town. Go down a forest path to arrive at the high dunes overlooking the Siuslaw River, Florence, and the Ocean.
