It’s divine stay , amazing property in a valley with 360 mountain and at the banks of river Ganges .service , hospitality , customisation , watchful of all your needs and ready to serve to all your needs really made my stay wonderful , amazing and I m short of adjectives as far as hospitality is concerned

It has been an amazing stay here with taj with it's excellent and superr friendly staff which ensured our every need was fulfilled with the best. The property provides a great veiw of nature and it feels amazing to stay here. It has been my favorite property so far. The server, akshay had been of amazing help.

We stayed at Taj Rishikesh to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our little son Shaurya, and it turned into one of the most heartwarming and magical experiences of our lives. The property itself is a marvel of beauty, but what made our stay unforgettable were the people. The love, courtesy, and kindness extended by Hitesh, Ankit, Nikhil, Varun, Shruti, Gulabsa, Shaurya Gaurav, and the entire Front Office and F&B team was extraordinary. I cannot thank Ankit enough for the way he cared for Shaurya. He spent so much time with him, played with him endlessly, and gave him genuine affection. Shaurya felt so loved and so secure that he kept running back to Ankit as if to an elder brother. It’s rare to meet someone so natural, kind, and selfless in hospitality — Ankit truly embodies the Taj spirit. And then there is Hitesh. Beyond his role as a leader, he personally played with Shaurya, encouraged the entire staff to join in games of hide-and-seek, and often kept him happily occupied at the front office. His calm, warm, and guiding presence gave our son joy and comfort. He holds the team together like family, and that love flows to every guest. On my husband’s birthday, I wished to bake his cake myself. The gracious Chef Diwakar, who has been with Taj for 26 years as a pastry chef, not only supported this but inspired me deeply. Despite his vast experience and expertise, he is the most humble and generous person. With his guidance, I baked the cake, and the celebration that followed — with the entire team gathered around us, enjoying the cake — will remain in our hearts forever. Leaving Taj Rishikesh felt like leaving behind family. This place is more than a destination; it is an emotional experience, crafted not just by nature’s beauty but by the incredible people who make it magical.

Had an amazing time - Hitesh was outstanding in ensuring our checkin to check out was done properly. My son shaurya made new friends at Taj rishikesh which he will remember for times to come . Ankit , Nikhil, Vikram , Virendra , Varun , Shruti , Gulabsa , Shaurya , Gaurav and the entire front office and F&B team became new friends of my son. They took very good care of him and kept him engaged throught out our stay . Chef Divakar allowed my wife chitra to prepare a cake for my birthday and was very helpful. It was an amazing experience and a sweet gesture by him. Met Mr Manoj Mishra GM at the property who was very helpful and ensured we have a fantastic stay . Must say the team at Taj rishikesh is simply outstanding and they really care for the guests . I had taken the spa and the therapist chandan was good . We miss there hospitality and will surely visit again for sure . Once again thanks to taj rishikesh for the overall experience. Keep up the good work and our best wishes

Taj rishikesh is one of the best hotel. From check in to check out staff was very helpfull. Duty manager Hitesh was very helpful .Had informed well in advance about land sliding and made arrangements at hotel Taj Anand Kashi 15 minutes before the hotel Taj Rishikesh. Arrange Tea and Snacks at hotel before check in.

Resort with the best view and the best staff. We were treated very well right from check in to check out. We were travelling with kids and the kids requirements, needs, and sometimes entertainment were taken care of by the staff. Staff members Mr. Akshay, and the entire food and beverage department led by Mr. Virender were very courteous, kind, and very very hospitable throughout our stay. My son was sometimes fussy during our trip and Mr. Akshay went out of his way to keep him entertained and calm. The spa services were amazing! Rinky and the rest of the team at the Spa dept were very skilled in their services and very warm and kind towards us. The kids loved their stay here and we will definitely be back.
