I booked this hotel due to an early flight. I had been before and remember thinking this place wasn’t worth it for the money. Hot shower was not hot, cable didn’t work. This trip was several years later, and the same thing happened.
They said they would not price match the walk in price for the trip.com price, so I booked it through trip.com
About 20 minutes later my room was ready.
Upon entering the room
There is a letter under the door about construction happening, another letter about internet and cable not working, and another one about no hot water, during the hours I needed a shower.
The bathtub was pretty stained.
The water pressure was nice though. Would have been great to be hot water coming out.
They failed to mention these things were not working, and I really needed internet due to not having a SIM card. I couldn’t get one anywhere as it was Holy Week and everything was closed.
They offered no discount, no breakfast for the trouble. Though that wouldn’t have helped either because their restaurant was open from9-10pm. Most people leave earlier then that. And arrive all through the night, so 24/7 service would have been helpful.
Trip.com has continued to say they are working on some refund, and I have yet to see that.
