The place is accessible, clean and quiet. And the staff was amazing! They answered any/all questions and offered help with finding things to do nearby (all of the staff, including the folks on the ****** floor were great). I went to the spa, which I would recommend. If you do, buy a day pass, it's worth it. The spa experience alone would bring me back to the hotel.
The only (mild) complaint that I have is with their "Boarding Pass" rewards card, it is frustrating and confusing. We were encouraged to use it to "earn points" whenever we used Hotel/****** services but the instructions were confusing and everyone (from the folks at the front desk, ****** restaurants, and spa) had a different version of how the card system works. Most annoying was trying to use it in the ******, the card barely worked on the machines and I was never clear about how many points I earned/play or how the points accrue. Other than this, we had a great time.
