It’s always a treat staying at their hotel. The staff are always helpful and friendly despite of busy periods.

The hotel itself has been renovated to better ambience room is larger than the first time, the bed is firm although not too comfortable as is really a small twin bed if your tall and heavy and toss and turn not good idea, I wish they make it into at least fall size bed. Pillow are soft, wifi is good not too strong but its ok. bathroom is better renovated no more curtain now its a glass wall. water pressure is strong and good hot water , safe in the room, large tv with movies and good channel option.

2nd time to stay here. We love this hotel from the lobby to the rooms. It's just perfect for families. Very accessible to the malls. We love their breakfast too!

The Welcome drink was nice touch and the mints , but it’s not a 4 star they have made a mistake . They told us it’s a 3 star . For a 3 star it’s okay . But I paid for a 4 star .

Stayed here for 1 night before we fly back to Manila. Location is mostly near important establishments. There are only a few choices for the breakfast, but they were good! They have complementary shuttles to and from the airport. Highly recommend this plave

Superb service and very nice hotel.

The service was good as always nice friendly staff the one thing that needs to change is the toaster at breakfast to put it bluntly it's fucked needs throwing in the bin and the purchase of a new faster one takes up to half an hour to fo one slice

This hotel is disappointing. It is dirty, dusty and with molds that is in urgent need of renovation or atleast a repaint. The bathrooms are with old and rusty bathroom fixtures and dirty tiles & grout. The hallway are stuffy. The lift can only accomodate 4 pax and is also being used by service staff. The worst part is that this hotel has an awful acoustics. The sound system for parties are so loud that guests staying one floor below the event venue hall won’t be able to sleep, it is as if you are in the party too (that loud). The breakfast is disappointing with a very few food options. What is only nice is that the lobby is well decorated and the staff are friendly. The location is good as well as it is walking distance to a few malls nearby.

Booked for king bed. But gave me a two single bed room. Just they put two bed together. Rather than that. It was okay

地理位置不錯，在黎牙實比中心，離幾個大商場步行距離，離海邊的幾個公園也不遠。早餐不錯。其他就一般啦，房間的空調在床的側面對着頭吹，外牆的燈光徹夜明亮，窗簾根本擋不住，沒有燒水壺衹有咖啡壺，燒水麻煩，酒店按人頭提供2小瓶礦泉水，再買50比索/瓶。攜程app顯示免費機場班車，實際沒有，酒店安排的車比外面貴一倍，打車沒零錢酒店不願意換錢。

Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine verschlossener Tür zum Nebenzimmer, weshalb man die Gäste (Familie mit Kindern) im Nebenzimmer m.E. zu gut hören konnte. Ebenfalls isolieren die Scheiben zur Straße hin nicht so gut, sodass man den Verkehr auf der Straße relativ gut hören kann. Aufgrund der Klimaanlage am Fensterbereich gibt es Schlitze bei den Vorhängen, weshalb sich das Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln lässt. Daher bei Ausstattung nur 3 von 5.
