It was a terrible experience. We booked a stay via trip.com and i noticed that the booking was pending. A while later we got confirmation that everything was OK (booking number, credit card was charged). However to be 100% sure i contacted the hotel itself and they confirmed that everything was OK. The next day we wanted to check in but the staff told us there wasn't a booking and that they hadn't any room left. The employees were not willing to find any solution and the only thing they wanted to say about it was that we had to solve it ourselves. So we did. We called trip.com and they were most helpful in trying to solve it. However they couldn't get in touch with the hotel directly. At the same time we managed to book a room in another hotel in the neighbourhood. Additionally we were still able to book a room at Fletcher's for that same night via ***********. The employee didn't have a clue why this could occur . Conclusion : malfunctions can happen but then the employees should handle this in a professional way and not move their problem to the customer.

Great hotel, next to train station. Very slow service in the reception both when checkin and luggage collection after check out. We almost missed our train because it took more than 20 min to collect our luggage...

Spacious room, handy location to public transport and city centre. Rooms not available until after 15:00 hr

房間的佈置，床連寫字枱，有點怪，衞生間的淋浴沒有簾子。不過，荷蘭人的想法不能按常理出牌。在一幢大樓的91011層，12樓是前台，同時也是spa的接待，但有些房間不在前台的那個電梯位置。需要到10樓穿過去有點難找。大樓就在火車站的隔壁，出行比較方便。萊頓就像一個童話王國，很有特色。值得一遊。

In en uitchecken kost relatief veel tijd door te uitgebreide automatiseringssystemen. Daarnaast zijn er diverse kamers waar 's ochtends vroeg geluidsoverlast is door boven- en onderliggende bedrijven die schuiven met spullen. Is me nu meedere malen overkomen, zeer irritant. De sauna (tegen bijbetaling) is daarentegen geweldig.

房間很大，床也很大，適合出差。採光和視野很好，我住的這間聽不到火車的噪聲。如果自帶浴袍和泳衣，可以去酒店的泳池游泳。不過開放的時間有限制，跟出差日程沖突，所以沒有看到。另外，如果住的樓層不是10樓，需要走很長的路在十樓中轉換電梯。

Echt een aanrader! Super mooie hotel met heerlijke spa erbij. Loopafstand van de station en de centrum. Netjes , schoon en heerlijk ontbijt.Ik kom zeker weer terug.
