This spacious home sleeps up to 14 and is located within 2.4 miles of Beaver Stadium, Downtown, Campus and The Nittany Mall. Our home has 4 bedrooms each with a queens size bed and has 4 full bathrooms. The large Master Bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The living room has 2 Sofa Beds and a queen size lay down sofa. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and a Trundle Day bed. Excellent Stay! This house was very clean and beautiful, and it was such an easy access to get to Penn State for our son‘s graduation. I would highly recommend this house.

Great Gathering Space We were a group of PSU Alumni who gathered for the Blue/White game. The house was a perfect location and short drive the stadium! It also just up the road from Happy Valley Brewing where our large party had drinks and dinner our 1st evening. Everything at the house was very comfortable and suited all our needs. Having 4 bathrooms was helpful! Tiffany was very accommodating to all of our arrival and departure times. When we entered the house she left us a special surprise that went above and beyond any other rental we have had! Overall a well appointed space, perfect for gathering together!

Perfect fit for our large family This home was perfect for our large family for my son’s winter graduation. Plenty of beds and multiple full bathrooms ensured everyone was comfortable. Everything was immaculate and cozy with spacious kitchen and living room. Plus there’s toys in the basement for the little ones. Coffee and tea supplies, paper towels and toilet paper and hand and dish soap are available so no rush to the grocery store when you first arrive. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. My family lived there stay and would definitely do it again

Football Weekend We had a great time at this property. It easily accommodated 14 of us very comfortably and was well stocked with everything we needed. LOTS of blankets helped for this cold weather! Would definitely stay again!

PSU vs UCLA The house was a perfect location to easily get downtown and to the stadium on game day! A lot of loving space and bathrooms!
