Это наше второе пребывание в отеле Yomo, и оно нам понравилось так же, как и первое. Красивый и удобный номер, отличная кровать. Услугами других отелей мы не пользовались, поэтому оценить их не можем. Поскольку мы забронировали номер через **********, нас не предупредили об ограниченном количестве бесплатной парковки рядом с отелем. Тем не менее, мы припарковались в Caldea через дорогу, где у отеля есть договоренность, и все сработало отлично.

Этот отель потрясающий. Близко ко всему. Удобная (платная) парковка в спа-салоне Caldea. И один из лучших завтраков вокруг. Что не любить? Персонал очень дружелюбный. Останьтесь с ней на завтрак в одиночестве, оно того стоит.

In my opinion, this hotel is too expensive and does not deserve 4 stars. Staff is polite but indifferent.

STOLEN MONEY !!! We were in vacation and in the first day we go to visit the near places. Next day when we left, I noticed in the car while checking for passports, that from my wallet were missing 50€. The ladies from the cleaning were in our room in the first day between 2pm-4pm. When I called back the hotel several times, the manager has a very rude and aggressive attitude towards me, I said that it is unacceptable and I want them to provide me a solution, also to check who was in our room during that cleaning interval. But he told me several times he can't tell me. Also, after this, I scrolled down in this hotel Booking's reviews and I had the surprise to remark stolen money also from other people this year, and from others objects, like Airpods headphones. When I told the manager that I noticed these too, he told me that are lies. I specified that for his future clients, this will be a serious problem and this is impossible! I can't believe that this is STILL happening in 2023. Our vacation was ruined after this incindent!!! It's such a shame to ruin the image of the hotel for 50€ and to have this kind of attitude towards your customers. Very disappointed and for SURE we will not come back. Not even recommend. If I could have the possibility, I would rate -1.

We had a one-night stay at Yomo Moia Park and even if the location says Escaldes (city), the hotel is within 2 minutes walk of the main shopping street of Andorra la Vella, so, very conveniently located. The room was small but clean and confortable and the staff friendly and helpful. There is no free parking around and the city lot next to the hotel cost 20euro for one day but the hotel rates are very good, so overall it compensated the cost of the parking. Andorra was interesting, the whole city center seemed like a large shopping center, many stores and restaurants. All in all a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, everything was near and Caldea spa (highly recommend that one as well) just next door. Price-quality ratio extraordinary.

Booked this hotel through Weekendesk. Yes, I know, I should have booked it directly but weekendesk's offer stated a welcome gift and free bottled water which were non-existent when we arrived. Such a scam, but probably not the hotel's fault. They should check their contract with weekendesk though if they have one. Anyway, Hotel's check in time is a bit late, 16h00. I'm not sure if it is the standard check in time in that area but it is the latest check-in time I've ever had with staying in hotels. We sent a message that we arrived early but the room was not ready when we arrived, which is understandable as they cannot promise early check in. Since we arrived early, the receptionist asked us to do a pre check-in. They don't have their own parking area. You would need to pay and get a card from the hotel which will give you access to the caldea spa parking area right across the street. Pre check in was fast although I find it unecessary for them to ask for identification from all the people that are staying in the room. Usually, in all the places i have stayed in, they would only ask for one ID. But again, maybe it is standard practice in Andorra, i'm not sure. After check-in, we parked our car and walked around the city then enjoyed the caldea spa. We went back to the hotel and was greeted by a male receptionist this time. He barely spoke english and an understandable french, but he was nice. He gave us the keys to the room which was located on the 3rd floor. The room though had two single beds eventhough we booked a double. So We had to ask the receptionist to change our rooms which he quickly did. Although they never offered assistance with luggage. Usually when there is a need to change the room, hotels would usually offer luggage assistance, but it's ok as we managed. Finally got the room with the double bed, and it was ok. Functional but not well kept. A bit dirty and you could see that it needs refurbishment. I see wear and tear all over and the small mirror's extending fixture was broken. Also, the air conditioning didn't deem to work properly as it was quite warm in the room so we just opened the windows. The room had no view and wifi was not very fast. I got disconnected a couple of times Which was frustrating. We had half board, and dinner wasn't very good. Not a lot of options and the food tasted like they were frozen or came from the can and were just heated in the microwave. i don't recommend eating there. Bed and pillows were decent and we slept well. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of sweet and salty options. Although the staff were not really as helpful as the staff during dinner time. Check-out was fast although we had to go back to return The parking card and get our deposit back. They should just give disposable parking tickets next time to lessen the hassle. Overall, it was an ok stay. You get what you paid for, but wouldn't really recommend staying there as there are other better 4 star options in the city. Although it wo

The hotel is located near the center of the city of Andorra la Vella. Restaurants and shopping stores are abundant within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were knowledgeable and amicable.

Excellent hotel, great staff and location. Couldn't fault this hotel. Even a self service coffee machine in the foyer. Parking available over the road. Beautiful location next to a well kept plaza. Highly recommend this hotel

The location is good, the breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly. My only unhappiness is that the climate control was not adjustable, and the room was warm, at night--I ended up opening the window.

Great location across from Caldea, easy walk to town, excellent breakfast, parking across was euros 14.

Very noisy rooms - you can hear everything going on around you - in the corridor, other bathrooms and other bedrooms. I didn't feel secure. Shower head over bath, and a lot of brown decor, didn't make for a good experience. Left after one night.

Perfect modern convenient hotel at centre of Andorra with everything within walking distance

We visited Andorra for some days and decided to stay at the Mola Park Atiram and did not regret our choice. Parking spaces are right beside the hotel and even in high-season we had no problems to find a free parking lot. The breakfast buffet offered great quality and a good variety of products. The rooms were clean and we found enough space. We also want to highlight that all of the staff did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as they can.
