Hotel Continental

We have stayed in this wonderfully quirky hotel nearly every year since 2018, our last visit was 2022. An absolute delight to return to this warmly friendly, immaculately clean haunt, located right on the beach. Whilst not a shiny glass and white surfaces kind of place, Hotel Continental exudes italian charm. Rooms are well decorated in a sort of art deco style; and those facing the beach have outstanding views. Marino, his family and all the staff maintain high standards in a low key manner. On arrival one is allocated a beach card with an exact number for sunbeds on the hotel's excusive part of the magnificent beach; removing concerns reference finding beds when the beach is busy.....Breakfast is plentiful, many choices including self help on the bacon and eggs front; enough to satisfy even the most ravenous early morning exerciser (a great way to start the day). Location wise - could not be better: 15 mins walk from bus station, bars restaurants, shops and a well stocked spar supermarket well within a minutes few walk. We have already booked our flights for next year: used to do 5 nights a stay, this year 6, next year 7! In summary: if you like quirky, stylish yet low key places to stay with personable and friendly staff, this is for you. If you are a swanky shiney 5* type of holiday taker, look elsewhere, there is plenty of choice!

Aspetti positivi: posizione, parcheggio, piscina, fronte spiaggia, cucina ottima, molto pulito, bagno in camera appena rifatto, spiaggia dell’hotel. Hotel datato e con necessità di essere ammodernato ma nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.
