Very nice hotel, but the location in ancients city, car cant directly reach hotel door. With the road situation is hard for you to pull your luggage till hotel. Therefore, you have to pay extra money to request local ppl to do so. Hotel can help to arranged but cost on you. Upon booking we choosing this hotel because they got bathtub, but we check in only realised the room was no bathtub. Hotel staff telling us that they have same type room some got bathtub some dont, therefore we request change. But they sat not able to change bcoz we have entered the room. We have argued without entering how we knows the room don't have bathtub?! Then they requested us immediately move out with very loud n angry voice and request us go to the next room just beside our original room. That room floor is dusting other still ok. We have ask the staff can just mop the floor. They told us the cleaner has been back, only next morning she will be back. Another thing that i not able to accepts is to avoid cleaning the bathtub, They request us to use one time bath set. They are not providing us the bathtub stopper. Willing or not you have to use it. We come here to enjoy our holidays, we willing to pay higher rate coz same facilities. But with this one time bath set we really cant enjoy. After putting the bath set, it become slippery, upon step in the bathtub we have to very carefully else can be fall down. Upon laying in the bathtub, wanna to wake up also another issues, no place to hold, the bathtub is cover by plastic, with water really slippery. Honestly, we totally cant enjoyed with this!!!

Best accommodation for our whole Yunnan trip! Rooms are nice and clean. Reception lady was really helpful with everything. I would stay here again if ever back in Lijiang. It is just next on JiuBaJie though a little noisy at night just remember to shut your windows. Cost rmb20 for tricycle to bring ur luggage from taxi drop off to the hotel room

A dream place to stay, party animals will love the night spot just steps away. I hardly hear any disco music when room doors shut. Highly recommend this place.

never listen to the house staffs recommendations for any travel or show, they charge almost 50 % higher than others

Nice place to stay.the view and environment of the hotel are very beautiful and clean .there‘s a nice rooftop cafe can see the view of lijiang .the staff is very helpful and give you some advice of your Lijiang trip.especially thanks Mr刘.He is very responsible and help us alot.
