Premier Inn Grantham

小城鎮不能有太多期望，但是該有的都有，而且乾淨企理，工作人員很友好。早餐是在英國吃過最好吃的，特別是pancake.

Not the best stay.. There is lots of parking here Receptionist polite friendly and helpful. The room had enough room to move around with a TV and chair. Space to hang clothes and hairdryer in room. The bed although high is very comfy along with the pillows. Bathroom is nice and a good shower the only thing I could fault is the bath is quite high so if your like me small and not very good knees I struggled to get in and out. The food is the restaurant was nice we went for breakfast. Lots of choices..cereal fruit . Full English.Croissants pan au chocolate and muffins The only downside is the room . It is far too hot. It becomes uncomfortable due to the heat. The fan provided doesn't do anything other than blow warm air around.

A noisy, unpleasant experience. Most hotel amenities have been stripped out. Pros: --Nice, hot shower. --Effective blackout curtains. --Plentiful parking. Cons: --Noise--Could hear the guest(s) upstairs walking/stomping loudly until they went to bed. This carried on for the three nights that we stayed. --Every day, must specifically request downstairs at reception for the room to be cleaned. Otherwise, your room will not be cleaned. --No razor socket. Was about to buy an adaptor, when the front desk provided one. --Only one hand towel for two guests. Had to go to reception to request a second hand towel every day. Reception says that it is hotel policy to only provide one hand towel in each room. --Advised to keep the bathroom door closed when showering to prevent the smoke alarm from going off. The bathroom becomes uncomfortably steamed up. --Everything above head-height was dusty. --Very slow wifi. Must pay extra to get reasonable wifi. --No phone in room.

Great stay as you would expect from a Premier Inn. I would just like to say that Karen on reception was amazing, helpful and friendly and efficient when several people had turned up to check in at the same time. She didn't make us feel like we were being rushed through and booked us a table at the Brewers Fayre for dinner. Beds and pillows were comfy as always. Also a big shout out to your house keeping team. The rooms were spotlessly clean along with the public areas.

Finally managed to plan my dream trip to Grantham and decided to stay at another Prem inn again as you cant fault them. I enjoyed Grantham but forgot my charger in the hotel. the receptionist offered to post it at her own expense which is not something you expect... which receptionist would go to the post office for you in this day and age. wow

Hotel is clean,rooms was spacious. Staff was so friendly. We was there for family birthday .staff made us feel very welcome housekeepers was always happy to help.restuarant is next door kids loved breakfast .will definitely visit again.
