Located on a quiet alley across from Koons Park with tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, public pool, and more! Walk to coffee shops, a brewery, cafe, book store, bar, spa, hair/nail salon, clothing store, pizza, and more! 10 foot ceilings, two spacious bedrooms, one large bathroom with a tub/shower combo, washer and dryer, brand new stainless appliances, luxury flooring, foosball, a wall mounted Arcade, 55 inch TV, and a private outdoor courtyard are only some of the things that make our cottage special!
