Vila Sena by Trius Hotels

Très bien !! Propre , personnel correct et sympathique , petit déjeuner léger mais fais maison frais!!

Had a lay over in Lisbon so I decided to spend the night in a hotel to be a bit more comfortable. I chose this location because it was close to the airport and a good price, I paid about €72 for the one night (a Wednesday) so it seemed like a great option for what I needed. I forewarn though I was completely gouged for my taxi there and was charged €36 from the airport, on the way back to the airport it was literally €6 so just check with you driver before going. My room was clean and a reasonable size and actually had a king size bed which I know can sometimes be a challenge to find. My biggest issue was the property is not where it is shown on the map, it shows as being an apartment building. I was walking around for ten minutes trying to find it after being dropped off, I called three times without an answer but then finally found it after walking all the way around the building.

We picked this hotel for our last night in Lisbon because it was close to the airport. The room was average and mostly clean (few stains and scuff marks on the walls). Unfortunately this is what really brought down the score for us. The front desk attendant burst into our room without knocking in the middle the of night (FYI there were no deadbolt locks on the door). We were abruptly awaken and startled. We had to confront him at the front desk before he admitted that it was his mistake. He said he was just “checking to see which rooms were still available”. Isn’t that the job of your computer..? Needless to say, we had trouble sleeping that night.

We stayed one night at this hotel. We had a double room and private bathroom, it was cleaned and tidy, but we thought this was expensive for what you get. We paid 77.80 euros for one night. They provided towels and shower gel, and you can phone the staff anytime if you need anything. They also provide water in reception. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location is great if you want to be close to the airport and estação do oriente. We were also able to leave our suitcases with the hotel after checkout.

Foi maravilhosa nossa estadia! Quarto limpo, silencioso, com ducha do banheiro sensacional. O atendimento aos hóspedes é ótimo! Minha filha chegou indisposta da viagem e foi atendida com muito carinho e atenção! Deixo aqui meu elogio e minha gratidão à Gi, à Marina, ao Mitchel, à Marília, ao Rafael e à Andréa. Parabéns, Hotel Vila Sena, pelo staff tão primoroso!

O hotel é uma maravilha! Perto do aeroporto, novo, estacionamento no hotel, limpeza nota 10x atendentes gentis ao extremo, com destaque para a Marília e o Rafael, que trataram e mim e minha família com enorme carinho e atenção. Recomendo 1000 vezes!

Hotel novo. Tudo muito limpo. Quartos amplos . Muito bem localizado à 15 minutos do Aeroporto. Pessoal de apoio atenciosos e muito agradáveis. Estacionamento próprio. Sou exigente e esse ambiente me agradou muito. Tem café da manhã muito bom .

Una bellissima struttura a pochi passi dall’aeroporto utile x chi fa transito verso il Sudamerica o altro.posto ben curato e confortevole,personale molto gentile purtroppo ho prenotato una stanza ne ho trovata assegnata un’altra ho chiesto di includere la colazione ed invece mi sono stati chiesti 7€ a persona.Uniche note negative di un bel soggiorno in terra portoghese
