I have never left a review, but unfortunately I have to this time. We called a day prior to our stay to request an early check-in. Kendra answered the phone and sounded beyond annoyed. She said we could call the day of our reservation to request the early check-in - no problem, I used to work check-in at a hotel, so I know that is standard procedure. However, when we arrived the day of our stay and asked again, the lady at the desk (didn't see a name tag, but we assume it was Kendra), began to check us in and then very rudely told us to step aside. We don't mind waiting, we were in no hurry, but her tone was terrible. We waited about 30 mins for her to get her manager because there was an issue in their system, but finally she got us our room keys. She was not even slightly pleasant to speak with and we were being OVERLY nice. She did not apologize one time and the manager didn't either.
That evening when we went to the bar, the bartender was GREAT and so sweet, but there were several patrons there and a different lady at the front desk legit walked over and actually yelled at everyone to be quiet because she couldn't hear "her guest." We are also guest staying at the hotel, so you owe us the respect of not yelling at us either.
I could barely move the next day because the bed was so stiff. I normally sleep wonderfully in hotels, but this was painful.
Pay the extra $30 to stay somewhere else. We did not receive a single "hello" or "thank you" our entire stay.
