Hotel Mitikas

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at both this hotel and the village of Livadi. The room was modern, with a hair dryer, TV, comfortable bed and a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains of Olympus in the distance. Thanos, our host, was a fabulous gentleman, who could not do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable and spoke excellent English. The village is very special. Little English is spoken, yet people still greeted us with a smile as we walked through the village, with a few attempts of striking up a conversation. During our stay the road through the centre was being relayed, we would love to return to both hotel and village once completed and the village has returned to its natural ambience.

Livadi is just beautiful and traditional. Really glad to find this place while traveling to Thessaly. It was a unique experience. The host was very helpful and we learnt from him a lot about the heritage and origins of this town. Recommend for those who are search a place to escape the tourist trap of Greece. The rooms are clean with a great view of mount Olympus. It easy to travel by car to destinations like Olympus and Meteora.

The host was pleasant and overwhelmingly frendly! This small mountain is real hidden gem if you're a hiker. The hotel offers more than the basics but is dirt cheap. It's was clean and cozy. The view is breathtaking. Best place around mount Olympus for sure!

Peaceful and chill place. Found this chill place while hiking on mount Olympus. This small traditional town is really beautiful. The hotel rooms where really clean and nice decorated with view a great of mount Olympus. They also provide professional coffee and cocktails in of the best roof gardens i've seen in Greece.

One of the best choices when you looking for a place to stay near Olympus. Value for money, clean and nicely decorated. When we arrived there the host was helpful and overwhelming kind. There was an art exhibition also. We are totally impressed and thankful to find this place.

We found Hotel Mitikas by chance when looking for a place around the Olympus. We are so lucky to have reached this very very special place. The owners and staff are so welcoming and friendly and informative and most importantly really proud of Livadi village. The village is beautiful and very traditional and every one was so lovely to us. The hotel has an amazing terass facing the Olympus and it's mezmorizing to gaze at it especially in the evening as the sun sets. The owners let us use their kitchen which was very convenient with kids. We really hope to meet again soon.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο. Όλοι οι χώροι του ιδιαιτέρως προσεγμένοι και καλαίσθητοι. Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε το ίδιο φροντισμένο επίσης. Απίστευτη θέα από το cafe bar,αφού ο Όλυμπος είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοης.Ευγενικο,πρόθυμο και φιλόξενο προσωπικό.Ιδιαιτερα φιλικό προς οικογένειες,γκρουπ ταξιδιωτών αλλά και για ζευγάρια αφού το μέρος προσφέρεται για ρομαντικές βραδιές. Σχέση ποιότητας τιμής άριστη.Ενας μοναδικός προορισμός με προσιτές τιμές!!!
