Premier Inn Liverpool City (Liverpool One)

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression. The location is good though.

not the best premier inn we have stayed in room very hot carpets in corridors worn & dirty always got litter on them never saw them being vaccumed restuarnt was very slow on taking orders took over an hour and a half on first night for mains to come although restuarant only had a few people in menu was very limited too wouldnt stay here again

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. On arrival, easy book in. Room was so nice and spotlessly clean. Wonderful bed, nice and warm. So quiet, no banging of doors etc. Great central location. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast fab. Would definitely return.

My recent stay at Premier Inn was made truly memorable by the exceptional service provided by one staff member in particular, Phil. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was feeling distressed, but Phil's compassionate demeanor immediately put me at ease. Not only did he provide a warm welcome, but he also went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary drink, which was a thoughtful gesture that truly brightened my day. Phil's ability to turn a stressful situation into a positive experience highlights his exceptional customer service skills and reflects greatly on the Premier Inn brand. I cannot thank Phil enough for his kindness and professionalism during my stay. Also want to thank the other member of staff Callum who very polite and friendly.

Basic and suitable. Room was cold and we couldn’t sort it out. Nobody around to help (caretaker) Good system to order a taxi. We were going to a concert so just wanted a bed for the night.

We arrived at 1am as we had a late flight. Check in was quick and easy as I had pre paid for my room. A lovely young man called Callum checked us in he was chatty and very welcoming. I had booked a king size bed but in the room were 2 singles. I didn’t ask to change as we were too tired but to be honest we slept really well so we were happy. The blackout blinds are elite, you wouldn’t know what time of the day it is they work so well.

Great Premier Inn. We have stayed at a few Premier Inns in UK recently and really felt the chain had gone downhill. Begging to have rooms cleaned, food quality not as good but after staying at this premier inn we were delighted to see the quality was what we are used to. Clean comfortable hotel with lovely friendly staff. Food was good and we will definitely stay again when next in Liverpool.

Amazing stay!! Comfy beds, great shower, food in the evening very tasty and breakfast was excellent!! Staff very friendly and helpful, so so quite at night and in a very good location for exploring the city!! We travelled for a Liverpool game and we will definitely be returning, great value for money!

Perfectly clean, excellent and friendly welcome, shower amazing, dark room to sleep. Only issues were local parking was expensive and quite a walk and the bed says double or king but they have no king!!!! Overall exactly what you expect from a premier inn, we moved from the local travel lodge which was horrendous and this was a welcome clean relief
