Excellent position on sea front. Exceptionally clean room. Very friendly host. Can’t comment on food as we booked room only. Lovely lounge on front with chairs and sofa. Not a “boutique “ hotel, but would stay again. Parking a bit hit and miss.

The apartment at the rear of the property was perfect for my family as we had three young children. Andrew was very welcoming and helped alot. The kids had space to roam around and not be confined as the apartment was spacious. Everything that we could possibly require was provided and Andrew was a call away and did check in on us when possible. It is located couple minutes walk from the beach and the car park space included was an added bonus as parking is restricted and at a premium. It was nice of Andrew to take time out of his breakfast service to say bye to us when we were checking out. Will definitely use again and recommend to others who visit Llandudno.

The hotel delivers what it promises. A friendly and professional reception from Andrew, the owner,. The rooms are spotless, the bed large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good (pre-ordered the day before). If you want five star services and trimmings go elsewhere but if you just want a nice place to spend a break at a good price, we recommend the Oasis.

Very welcoming great service from the owner, Andrew. The hotel is under new ownership and Andrew has been making improvements. The lounge is lovely and bright with a great view of the sea and pier. We were able to check in early and even received a room upgrade with a sea view which was very welcome as well as a lovely view it was on the second floor as very quiet. We preordered our breakfast which was reasonable and very efficient, nice produce and good value. We must admit we prefer a plain pork sausage at breakfast which is getting harder to find, leave the herbs for mash and gravy! We used the shower, there was ample hot water. Really large comfy bed and our room, although basic was clean with lovely towels and bed linen. Plenty of room for 2 . We had a good nights sleep without any disturbances. Andrew allowed us to use a parking pass on the street directly outside which was great as we had a car full of belongings after week in Anglesey, and the parking is generally challenging in Llandudno. All in all a great location, excellent value for money and fabulous service. Would definitely recommend and not hesitate to stay again. N & D
