It is a 410 square-meter single-story concrete and glass (floor-to-ceiling) home with marble floors and wainscoting throughout. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, a TV room, a screened porch, a kitchen, and a moated dining area. All rooms are air conditioned and bedrooms additionally have ceiling fans. Other amenities on the property include a swimming pool and hot tub with waterfalls (hot tub available beginning 1 August 2025), a giant chess board, terraced outdoor dining, a full-sized outdoor pickleball/basketball court (with tennis and volleyball) and an orchard area with nearly 100 cacao trees. Coconut palms feature prominently throughout. The entire property is 3.3 hectares, to which you will have full access and use, with the exception of staff quarters, which are located at one end of the property, out of site from the main house and facilities (excepting the basketball court). Sunrise House is situated above the city of Loboc, centrally located in the province of Bohol: approximately 40 minutes from the capital city (Tagbilaran), 50-minutes from the nightlife center (Alona beach, Panglao) and one hour from the popular Chocolate Hills. Getting to Bohol: Jeju Airlines provides direct service from Seoul, and Bohol is well serviced from Manila. Alternatively, a two-hour ferry may be taken from Cebu. Private Helicopter service from Cebu is available for $2,000 - $5,000.
