Matahari Inn определенно превзошел все свои лучшие качества! Вероятно, когда-то это был очень хороший отель, но за ним не ухаживали, и он отчаянно нуждается в полной реконструкции! Номера большие и просторные, кровати тоже приятно большие. Однако по номерам видно, что уже давно ничего не ремонтировалось! Трещины на плитке и чистота ниже среднего! Но это все равно было в порядке вещей. НО ванные комнаты - это полный позор, и номера с такими ванными снять фактически невозможно! Нас было 3 пары, во всех 3-х номерах одно и то же! Вся арматура проржавела и проржавела! Держатель душа в нашей ванной был сломан, поэтому насадку для душа приходилось постоянно держать в руке! У раковины не было ни мыла, ни стаканов для зубных щеток, ни одного полотенца для душа, никакого дополнительного полотенца! В ванной всегда был только один рулон туалетной бумаги, без запаса. Персонал крайне дружелюбный и отзывчивый, но везде видно, что менеджмент отеля абсолютно неадекватен! Когда номера «убираются», заправляют только кровати, а в ванной вообще не убирают! За завтраком персонал всегда должен быть в курсе, если чего-то не хватает или уже готово! В наличии всегда было достаточно сотрудников службы, но никто самостоятельно не проверял, все ли в наличии. Чашки и особенно блюдца тоже были очень старыми и из них не хотелось пить кофе! Везде видно, что сотрудники не обучены и не контролируются и не обучаются! Младший менеджер сказал нам, что отель пустовал уже 7 лет, и это видно! У этого отеля такой большой потенциал, потому что он находится в превосходном месте, но пока он работает так, как сейчас, я могу только сказать: никогда больше!

Место расположено в самом центре Кута Ломбок. В нескольких минутах от улиц кафе и очень хороших ресторанов. Это на юге между западным и восточным побережьем, всего в 30 минутах езды от аэропорта. Место запущенное, нуждается в обновлении. Персонал очень услужливый и дружелюбный.

Отличное место и отличное расположение. Несмотря на то, что что-то не так с шумом, нам удалось остановиться в другом номере. Даже повышение класса. Очень чистое место и очень дружелюбный персонал.

Pequeño Oasis en el corazón de Kuta Lombock. Buena ubicación y servicio. Habitaciones correctas. Lavandería y alquiler de moto aquí mismo. Personal muy amable.

Good value in great position at bottom of Main Street. Everything close by and excellent transport provided on request. Great staff ! A nice quiet alternative with good amenities. Breakfast was only ok. We would definitely stay again. The young staff go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. If you want 5 star go somewhere else but for the money this is spot on.

Really fantastic experience staying here. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the pool area is such a lovely setting and perfect for relaxing all day. But the real standout is the staff and service. The staff make you feel like family and Amrin and his colleagues were very helpful with local travel tips, organising transport and insights into Lombok life. Would love to come back again.

Really great place, super clean and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Bed was very very comfortable and the air con is super cold. Small fridge is in the room and the boys even sourced a kettle for me. Mini mart is next door. Many good restaurants are within a short walk. The pool is clean and well maintained for relaxing by.

Lovely but tired traditional hotel, in big need of upgrade. Standard tool very basic, no toilet paper or soap, fridge not on. Price doesn’t match product. Breakfast worst ever. Good location. Would not stay again in this room others may be better

We stayed 2 nights at Matahari Inn and were satisfied with the stay. The place is well located in the center of Kuta Lombok and with a maximum of 5 minutes' walk to Kuta Beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but a more thorough cleaning could be needed. There was air conditioning and it worked. The bathroom was ok with plenty of water and an ok shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. It is quiet and peaceful here. There was wifi that worked fine. The swimming pool is cozy and the water clean. The breakfast was excellent but eat early while it's hot. All in all we recommend this place.

We loved our stay at the Matahari Inn in Kuta Lombok. The Hotel is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the crossroads in the centre of the village with access to lots of great Restaurants, Cafés and Shops but set back from the road so it's peaceful at the same time. The accommodation is comfortable and clean and set in lovely gardens with a nice pool at the back which adds to the sense of tranquility. Our Deluxe room was spacious with quiet and effective AC, a nice bathroom with a shower and plenty of hot water at all times of the day or night. The rooms do not have a Fridge, TV or Kettle but tea and coffee is available any time from the Hotel's restaurant situated at the front of the property but they were kind enough to lend us a kettle so it is always good to ask if needed. The Staff are fantastic, friendly, efficient and helpful and Alec, the owner, is a very kind guy who invited all guests for a free dinner one evening which was very tasty. A nice varied al a carte breakfast is served in the restaurant and also Airport Transfer and Scooter hire is available. We hired an excellent new Yamaha for 70K a day which is a great way of reaching the better beaches and exploring the lovely countryside nearby. All in all I would highly recommend a stay here as it's a friendly, affordable and excellently located property in buzzing Kuta Lombok.
