Our stay at Avion Resort was very good and comfortable. Rooms are good and staff is also nice and supportive. Location of this resort is a bang on - right at lonavala city main signal and from this locations everything is nearby, which was good.

It's an old property with old-styled rooms. There are no elevators, only stairs. If you choose this resort, please bring your own water, as well as your own body wash and moisturizer. They will provide a rs. 10 lux soap and clinic plus shampoo sachet ***** with other toiletries. Fortunately, there is a store just outside the hotel in the same lane. Daily you will be provided with two 0. 5-liter bottles per day, and for the rest of the day, they will provide you with their filtered ro water. However, the water storage cans are so filthy that my family and i ended up with sore throats, and i got a fever. Cleanliness is the biggest problem here. The dishes are dirty, and the raw salad we received had stale and uncleaned onions. There was no lock on the bathroom door. We had to ask them to fix it and drill a hole in the granite. The ground-floor rooms are smaller than the top-floor rooms. We had to change rooms due to the terrible views and stinking curtains. Pros: the housekeeping and restaurant staff are cooperative. The resort is covered with beautiful flowers all over. It is located on the main road, so you have access to many stores and restaurants.

Prime location so connectivity was easy , really good property, neat and clean , Ambience is very beautiful.They had given good service, polite staff , place is very cool and beautiful.

It was a pleasant experience. The property is surrounded by trees and plants and gives nice experience to stay. The food is little expensive. Complementary evening snacks was a surprise. They have in house dj which was fun.

Nice resort. We went there with our 5 year old son he also enjoyed it a lot there. The food was testy. Overall nice experience.

Overall stay was good. Food quality, variety and cleanliness needs to improve. Area around lunch dinner is pretty old fashioned and seating's tables need rewamp for the money they are charging. Breakfast options were good but lunch was below average to average. Loved the floral beauty around

It was a good experience. The rooms were clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. The food was also good. The best part is that avion resort is in a prime location and offers great value for money.

My stay was ok. Air condition cooling was not proper i had to open windows. It is centrally located. Staffs are good and co-operative. Room and bath room was clean and had hot water too. Breakfast was very very limited.

The quality of food served was not good. We had ordered tea there. Salt was added in the tea instead of sugar. In the morning we said we want the breakfast delivered to our room and we will be paying the applicable charges for the same. The f & b staff seemed to be annoyed and didn't want to serve food to our room. We have been visiting this hotel for the last 2 years and this time the behaviour of some new staff was quite rude. The staff at the reception also dont respond to your queries, as if you are unwanted. Overall a poor experience.

Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner and breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The property is kept in good condition and the rooms were pleasant. It's a small place but has lots of plants, making it a cozy retreat that feels like staying at someone's home. It's on the main road in lonavala, close to the market and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The food could be better though. We only tried the breakfast buffet, but i think they could improve the quality of the food.
