Staybridge Suites London

The hotel is being renovated, it appears the ground floor has been done. We were on the fourth floor and they were currently working on the 5th, we hardly noticed. The daily breakfast was very good, we loved the Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, there was always a hot choice with meats and an egg dish, cold cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins and waffles. The coffee choices were many and always good and fresh. The staff at Staybridge Suites are really what stand out, everyone we met were cheerful and helpful, even the construction workers we met on the elevator were very friendly. This was our first time staying at a Staybridge hotel and I'm sure we'll be searching them out on our next holiday!

We stayed for 3 night and didn’t have room service at all. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. But they even asked we wanted room service and didn’t do it

This hotel needs upgrade. Cigarette smoke smell permeates room. Windows are dirty. Lots of light coming through door frame during night

Stains on the mattress and furniture. Staff was very polite and thoughtful. They were short staffed.

Staff are wonderful. Property is under renovations, and desperately needs it. Should be at a huge discount, instead of $900 for three nights. Even the gym is bad. Missing weights and only one treadmill works. The included breakfast was awful. Only went once. The staff at the breakfast were so great though, even though the food was bad. Waffle maker was broken. The motel is dirty and old. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Easy access from the highway. Excellent staff, very congenial. Nice breakfast area. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Elevators could be updated.

Room was not well maintained, age of the hotel is showing, bathroom ceiling was falling apart, couch was dirty. Pool was not cleaned, hair floating in the pool, overall not satisfied.

The front staff were so helpful. I even received an upgrade! It is a very convenient location with wonderful facilities and near plenty of take out food.

I assigned RM 319 which was completely unacceptable. There was icing on the remote, on the couch, the pull out couch cover was stained and there were lots of crumbs and garbage under the cover. The toilet had black sticky stuff on it and there was no phone in the room. I went to the reception to complain and was told it would be cleaned. A nice gentleman came up about 20 min later and helped me move to another room that was much better. Later around 11:45pm the alarm in the room adjoining to mine went off and there was no one there to turn it off. I called reception and someone came to turn it off. There was NO WIFI either and I know this because neither myself nor the other people were were traveling with could find the signal of the hotel. It was a satisfactory experience but after all of that inconvenience , I would have expected some compensation but there was none. Not worth $180.
