Such a great time! The staff was great and everything was clean.

When we arrived I'm not sure they read how many people - I had to ask for more wrist bands. We called and asked for more pillows for our room considering we had 4 people at 9 - 930 we called and asked how long they'd be and if I could go pick them up so the kids would go to bed... they said no I couldn't and that she'd ask them again. No pillows arrived. Breakfast we went to the restaurant. Waited in line, were told we had to wait till they cleared tables as a few were just finishing up. As we waited we read the menus so we'd be ready. Another table the same size came after, they sat them first. I had to ask again to be seated. We had to continue to wait.

Nice indoor pool, very clean.

The pool was a nice feature. The room could use some upgrades. The toilet paper holder was nearly falling off the wall, and the coffee machine in the room didn’t work well

Very beautiful hotel, amazing pool area, great staff, clean rooms. The bed is super comfortable and the life that the pool creates at night is an amazing energy that I love it, I felt like I was in a resort. I won’t give 5 stars only because they put the coffee maker in the bathroom, it was filled with water already and all the compartments opened. Who had the idea to put the coffe maker in the bathroom? That’s too disgusting. I could only imagine how many bacterias was inside the coffee maker. The lake of coffee in the morning was a big point but I had to prioritize my higiene. Please change your coffe makers place, bathroom is not a place to mix food, drinks, fecal bacteria’s stay in the air. Please, install them near the macroeave in the table outside the bathroom, that’s more smart

The pool area was fabulous, but the water slide is never open. Like never open. The pull out couch needs 2 pillows not 1, there should be a tea in the room that is not herbal, and our tv kept distorting every 30 seconds because of the slow connection. The hotel itself was kept well, the atrium was beautiful, and while the staff was very nice they didn't seem to be the most knowledgeable
