Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

酒店位置還可以，不太好找，走拎着4個大箱子走錯了，第二個酒店才對。雖然隔得不遠，但是有很多行李，確實不方便.房間一般般，燈光有點詭異，紫色的. 房間沒有網絡。

條件不錯，每週日便宜。就在大商場邊上。

If you are a wheelchair user and travelling alone please avoid this hotel it is not accessible! All internal doors have to be pulled open and they put you right at the back of the building on the 8th floor! The room was ok if you could get in and out the door and manage to get down the long corridors to the lifts

Stayed here for 2 nights recently, the expected Premier Inn standard. We stayed in room 229, end of a corridor so no passing traffic to other rooms. The room is above an entrance to Westfield shopping centre so some noise. The room is cleaned daily if you request before 12 noon.

Firstly, we would like to commend the staff. They were courteous, attentive, and helpful. Which we appreciate. The location of the hotel is very convenient too. Right outside Stratford International train station and bang next to a shopping centre. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience; however, we have noticed some areas that could be improved compared to our previous visits. We encountered some issues that we believe warrant attention: Reservation Process: We experienced some difficulties with the online reservation process. It was very difficult for a foreign tourist to register their non-UK home address. Without which reservation process was blocked. We had to kind of fool the online reservation process to get it to accept our non-UK address. I am not sure many of your foreign visitors are sufficiently technical to do that. Streamlining this process would greatly enhance the guest experience. Check-In Process: While the staff was helpful, the check-in process felt a scam. 10 pounds extra for arriving 30 minutes ahead of official check-in time? If there are no rooms available because we arrived early, then I can understand. But if rooms are available but you charge me money because my train arrived earlier, then it is shameful. By the same token Premier Inn should pay me 10 pounds extra if I vacate my room 30 minutes ahead of official check-out time. Toilet Facilities: We found that the lack of a connection for international electric shaving kits was inconvenient. Additionally, the hand-held shower was positioned too high for shorter individuals to reach comfortably, which could be an issue for some guests. Wi-Fi Speed: We were disappointed to find that the free Wi-Fi, which was advertised as a bonus, was horrendously slow. At less than 1mbps it might not even be qualified as wi-fi, legally. Relatively poorer countries have hotels that provide much faster free wi-fi speed. Improving the speed and reliability of the internet service would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests who rely on connectivity. We have always enjoyed our stays at Premier Inn and appreciate the value and comfort you provide. However, this visit was highly disappointing in terms of customer experience. It felt that Premier Inn only wants to cut costs without thinking about paying customers. We hope that our feedback can assist in enhancing the experience for future guests. If not, then there are many other options available in London for the same price and a better customer experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider our comments. Great, centrally located hotel. Good value with comfortable beds, good bar and great breakfasts. Ideal for the ABBA experience and much more. On the edge of Westfield Stratford so plenty of places to eat within 5 minutes. Or eat on site in the tasteful restaurant space.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is great, rooms super comfy and all staff so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much for them. The new social space is a wonderful addition to the hotel and a great place to hang out.

A very comfortable couple of nights in Stratford, the Premier plus rooms are well equipped and have a walk in shower . The bed was newish and a high floor made the room quiet and peaceful. The only gripe would be that one of the lifts was out of action , so it took a few minutes to get to the ground

Great location inside shopping centre, easy to get to local transport and around location. Plenty of places to eat and drink and easy to get to hackney wick and hackney to explore those areas. Clean and nice place to stay as always with great air con (almost too good as turned it off!)

Stayed so we could do a show on the next day and meet up with friends, the entrance and foyer was being refurbished but it was a clean and protected workspace to get through to the temp reception. Room great and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Bag holding facilities available.

Automatic Reception NOT as easy as described, we had to eventually ask for Human Assistance. Restaurant was closed for refurb and staff training, but is re-opening for Breakfast on Sunday 22 Sept. Rooms comfy and clean with all the usual facilities expected from Premier Inn. Staff were helpful and advised accurately when asked for help/assistance. There is a Micro Bar right next door to Hotel, which is handy for Post event Drinks (they have the most amazing HOT Pork Scratchings) before heading to bed, They stop taking orders at 22.00 and ask you to vacate about 22.30 (we believe so it is to allow the Westfield Centre to lock main doors etc. Stratford Railway station is a max 10 min walk from Hotel.
