酒店所處倫敦東區周邊環境較差，整體設施陳舊，房間小且衞生較差，床單上有較多毛髮，就價格而言，性價比不高，不建議選擇。

酒店地理位置非常好，出門5分鐘就可以到地鐵和黑衣修士火車站，餐食，房間也都很令人滿意，唯一不足就時酒店的網絡，WiFi非常慢，而且要不停地連線，後來花了5鎊升級了24小時WIFI，居然還是不停的掉線，一不注意就發現自己手機又在花4G 流量，要不停地連，非常奔潰。這一點有待改進。

Из плюсов: нормальный размер номера, супер удобные кровати, в номере всё есть по минимуму, возможно самостоятельное заселение/отъезд, есть фен, чайник, простая косметика в ванной. Из минусов: есть не очень удачные номера на -1 и 1 этажах, т.к. окна выходят прям "на люди", в номере зимой прохладно, но корректируется кондиционером. В целом, надо просто принимать всю сеть Премьер Инн, чтобы в неё возвращаться. Данный отель расположен в хорошем отеле, недалеко от центра и Собора Святого Павла. Рядом также полно кафе, да и ресторан в самом отеле вполне себе ничего. На завтраки огромные очереди, поэтому подумайте, надо ли оно вам. В целом, всё хорошо.

We stayed here and took the £29.99 meal and breakfast deal. Squid starter not bad, albeit a bit greasy and served with a basic mayo. Fish and chips were standard. The breakfast was inedible, the food stank of rancid oil. When I took a bite of the black pudding it was like a sponge soaked in the above mentioned rancid oil. I almost threw up. This is by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten at a Premier Inn and I stay in the all the time for business whilst working away. I left most of the food on the plate. The coffee was undrinkable also.

We had a really great stay - our rooms were clean, very quiet, and perfect for our family’s needs, staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was superb. This was a Perfect location for exploring London and We will definitely be back again soon.

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn, great location for visiting London and in easy reach of a tube station. Our stay was made even better by the fabulous Neha who greeted us with a warm reception and went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Everything was excellent and special shout out to Neha who was so lovely and helpful - even when she had to tell us we couldn’t check in early as there was no room ready she did it such a lovely manner a credit to the team - will definitely stay again

The room itself was reasonably quiet, great location and helpful members of staff. Bed was comfortable. The ultimate Wi-fi included in our stay was fast enough and stable. There was lack of amenities; we got two hand soap dispensers and only one body wash. No shampoo in the shower, so we had to go to the Tesco next door to buy our own. The room itself was filthy, the carpets and walls were stained and the mini fridge was not cleaned and full of dirt. We paid extra for a Premier Plus room and even that room felt awfully cramped. The TV also didn't work.

Great location and you always sleep well. Staff are lovely, helpful and polite and work hard. Food not great. Thai veg curry is sauce with 10 peas and if you are lucky quarter of a sweet potato. Raw chillis and not very spring like onions. Ok if desperate. Stay here but eat out !

We had a Brilliant one night stay . Great check in with Fantastic customer service from Neha. Very helpful , informative and efficient. Couldn’t do enough to help us . Great comfortable night sleep . wonderful breakfast with plenty of choice .

Only one member of staff who deserves to be paid and he should be manager! Sandeep was lovely and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us at breakfast. Other staff had no urgency about them took ages to check in, wouldn’t take cash at bar at 11:40 when bar didn’t close for another 20 mins. Bar staff were rude. Last orders were not called. Queued for 20 mins to get seated for breakfast!!!
