The apartment was described on their website as a place that sleeps four people. Upon arrival, it turned out it only had one old queen size bed and a tiny and clunky sofa-bed with old an dirty mattress, that in no way could sleep both are kids. The queen size bed was also old and neglected, the shower was minuscule with not shelves, and the entire thing was set right above a very noisy nightclub. Calling their customer service was a torture, we had to tell our story to four different people, and they only offered to change the sofa-bed. It was obvious this was no place to kids (adults will also suffer a great deal). We had to move to a hotel and asked for a refund (the entire stay was prepaid). They only mailed us formal replies, and never even considered partially refunding anything. Stayo are a bunch of crooks. Stay away at all costs.

Appartement réservé par AIRBNB. En premier lieu on vous demande la veille du séjour le Dépôt d’une caution de 250 euros, à défaut vous n’avez pas les instructions pour la clé. En second lieu, une fois arrivée sur place (dimanche a 20h), aucune clé remise à l’épicier qui fait office de Check point et un hôte injoignable. En définitive, nous avons trouvé en urgence avec nos trois enfants un hôtel (MERCURE HIGH PARK qui est parfait) plus cher, avec des chambres non communicantes vu l’urgence et un hôte qui n’a jamais répondu à mes nombreux appels…même le lendemain. STAYO ose même envoyer un mail d’excuses le lendemain mais sans remboursement de la caution, ni proposition de repli. Seul point positif AIRBNB a remboursé le séjour. Courage… fuyez! J’envisage de porter plainte contre cette société qui est une arnaque à touristes d’autant plus qu’il est impossible de laisser un commentaire sur Air bnb pour informer les suivants car le séjour a été annulé.
