the room was clean and location is really close to King’s cross underground station.

I was allocated to a room without windows, however it was a great experience for a business stay. The ground floor Cafe is an extra where you can work and relax in the same place. The atmosphere is really excellent!!! I will recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

I stayed there for 5 nights. I was not very pleased as they gave me the “disabled/accessible” room despite being a solo traveller. The toilet and all it’s facilities were meant for the disabled/wheelchair bound. When I approached the receptionist asking for a change in rooms, she said she could not assist me because they were fully booked. However, I did not find that acceptable given that the booking and full payment was made months ago. No effort was made to ensure that there was a vacant room I could switch to during my 5 nights there. Room service is only done if you request for it. The dinner options downstairs is very limited as well. It is fairly near King’s cross station and I would only recommend due to the location. Service needs to improve.

Great Hotel in King across Station. Hotel staff are very helpful and I highly recommend this for short stays. Breakfast was good value for the price and all day and night coffee was also a good option via the downstairs bar. Many great value restaurants in the area including an Asian Noodles place, Kebab house and a variety of pubs. Only thing I didn’t like was the way in which you need to turn the lights on via the bed head as not really convenient.

酒店靠近火車站，裝修可以，衞生也行，就是房間太小，價格偏高。提前到酒店，有房間也不給入住，交了10英鎊才給提前辦入住手續。性價比不高。

ユーロスターでパリへ移動する為に宿泊しました。駅から非常に近く、便利で部屋も広く清潔でおしゃれでした。一階にマシンがあり、フラットホワイト、カプチーノ等、コーヒーが24時間飲み放題でした。部屋に持って行くこともできました。ロンドンを訪れる際はまた宿泊しようと思います。

位置超級好，離火車站非常近非常方便。房間不算大，但乾淨夠用。周邊很多店鋪，很方便。樓下就有24小時餐廳。

위치 청결 훌륭하나, 생각보다 방이 많이 좁다. 호텔 넓은 데 찾으시는분들은 여기 비추이니 다른곳으로 더 알아보시길.

很小，窗户打不開

Stayed for one night, room was clean, all staff were very pleasant, thank you Rita for our tray of goodies it was a lovely thought. Breakfast was good. Very good location, close to Kings cross and St Pancras. Would highly recommend the hubs..

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and super on top of things. We needed extra pillows. No problem! Mariya was a standout. Very friendly, helpful and hardworking! She made sure we knew the best walking route to the train station on our way out.

These two guys really live up to premier inns values on making life easier for customers. Very knowledgeable about the local area and keen to offer support. The hotel is just a building, the team make the stay. They treated customers with empathy and kindness. Well done

Absolutely amazing experience at the Hub King’s Cross . Everything about this hotel was spot on ,far exceeding our expectations starting with the warm welcome , the freshly cooked scrambled eggs and delicious breakfast and continuing with our small but perfectly clean room. To top it all up Rita whom we’ve encountered at front desk by chance went way above and beyond to make us feel welcomed with a lovely treat of Prosecco and carefully selected chocolates ,biscuits and a hand written note !
